You shipped me the wrong hair spray. It is not what I ordered. I tried to call 3 times and all I got was leave a message. No one called me back!!
So DISSSATISFIED

The item never shipped. I had to call in to cancel. There needs to be better follow up for when an item is not in stock or not available.

Liked the ease of ordering as well as the price for the merchandise!

Minus 5 stars ,they are criminals and they know it . Been reported and opened an FBI investgation.

Ordered quantity of 6 but only delivered quantity of 1. No reason why given just issued a refund for difference. Just the hassle of notifying wisermerchant then providing proof of delivery.

Well I’ve tried to order Dove # 5 hold … They always send the wrong one . Even when it’s not what I wanted . Said NO returns! At least you sent me a # 5 !!!!! Thank you 😇

As you can tell, that's more than 5 stars. Unfortunately my first order with them was slightly delayed & I waited over a week before contacting them.
As soon as I contacted them they immediately sent out a new shipment and refunded the full amount back to my card. I would've been more than happy with either outcome but the fact that they went above and beyond to deliver my order & refund my payment is what will keep me shopping here for years to come.

If there is something you need today, you should go to the store or order on door dash, however if you can wait a day or two, WiseMerchant is one of the most honest & reputable companies I have ever dealt with.
Give them a try & see for yourself just how vast the selection is, how cheap the prices are & how honest the company is. I doubt you'll run into any problems. However, if you do, you can rest assured that they will promptly do whatever it takes to fix any problems you may run into.
