Brilliant service from placing my order, to having my furniture delivered on the day they said.

This solid wood coffee table is beautifully made, timeless and clearly designed to last forever. It arrived extremely well packed to avoid any possible damage in transit and now takes pride of place in the living room.

Mine was a difficult transaction due to time constrainta. Clare was most helpful and everything went exactly to plan.
Great Service

We patiently waited 3-4 months for a bedside table for our daughters room. Finally we had notification at 4:30 pm one day that It would be delivered next day and we needed to be in to sign for it. We were unable at that late notice to be around so we requested it be delivered to a neighbour. When we returned we found the box on the other side of our locked gate lying on its side. It looked like it had been thrown over our 6ft high gate. As the delivery note from the couriers stated that the box had been left on the back porch rather than with a neighbours it is clear hat it was dpd who left the parcel in this state and not our neighbour. When we opened the box we found the side of the table had broken off and it had also cracked. We are extremely frustrated that having waited so long for the order that it turned up in the state if did. We will be calling customer services tomorrow to complain and would warn others of this situation.

I was tired of seeing rows of shoes in the hall....it always looked so untidy. I ordered the shoe cupboard and am delighted with it. It was delivered at the time and date advised. It is a very stylish and well made piece of furniture as well as being practical. Wish I had bought one years ago!

We recently bought a lovely oak TV cabinet from the Wooden Furniture Store. The cabinet is sturdy and made of good oak. We're really pleased with it and the quality is fantastic.

The service was also good. I managed to enter our details incorrectly when ordering it and was helped quickly to sort out the problem.

The TV cabinet arrived within a week and the delivery company was great. We were able to choose a delivery slot that worked well for us and it turned up on time.

All in all, it's been a great experience and I would definitely recommend the Wooden Furniture Store to friends.

Solid wood all round including the back and draw base. Worth the money as I have seen items more expensive with veneer finished back and draw base

I was most impressed with this company. They informed me of the day and time of delivery, contacted me on the due date when they said they would and duly arrived at the designated time. It's a great product as well - really solid and well built. What more can one ask!
