We had a contractor that installed these cabinets in our kitchen, dining room and bathrooms. The finish and style choices were very good, but very early after install we noticed the finish was very susceptible to water and blemishes from touching. Now after several years, we have water stains, marks and areas where something took the finish right off. I’ve cleaned and used products to protect them, and nothing helps. We also found most parts of these cabinets are particle board/MDF which is not durable. As a furniture refinishing hobbyist, I can tell you they put a subpar polyurethane finish on them…and it appears it’s just one coat. Do not recommend…wish we had quality cabinetry after our very expensive home remodel.

The wood is beautiful. The finish is not what we would expect for cabinets in this price category. Some pin hole breaks in outer coating suspect will give issue over time. A strange film shows-up on the finish in random places. At first though it was where we touched and that certainly happens but it also shows-up in large swathes where no one has touched. We are now super careful to touch only the knobs and pulls and are most always annoyed by the film showing-up somewhere or another. We clean only as specified on their website. We have Amish furniture in the living room that we have had at least three times longer than the kitchen cabinets. The finish on them is amazing and we have NEVER had this problem with that furniture. Would not buy these kitchen cabinets again.

WE purchased woodharbor cabinetry for our bathroom. We paid $11,000.00 for 8 ft of cabinetry. The cabinets were supposed to be custom. They had builders grade hardware. the side panels were made of 1/2" plywood. the back panel was 1/4". The company rep came to look at the problems and sent us some extra panels that were press board then sent some more out that were the wrong size. I finally gave up and rebuilt them myself. I am a builder in the Chicago area and I do not recommend buying these cabinets, especially at the price point they sell them.
