Totally professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Woodhouse have just finished removing our old boiler and fitting a new one for us. Because of the need to remove all the old equipment in the loft and relocate the new boiler the job took three full days.
Most of the work was carried out by engineers Dan and Brad in what can only be described as tropical conditions due to the recent heatwave. They were totally professional and two of the nicest lads that you could ever wish to meet. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Despite the conditions they got on with the job with the minimum of inconvenience to us, always ensuring that everywhere was left tidy and that we still had a water supply at the end of each day.
Although most of the onsite work was carried out by Dan and Brad it would be unfair not to mention the other members of the Woodhouse team who ensured that everything went smoothly.
Layla the Sales Administrator, Adam the Plumbing and Heating Manager and Engineer Jack and the Electrical Manager whose name we can’t remember (sorry) who carried out the final commissioning of our new boiler.
A great team and a pleasure to deal with.

Radiator change
Alex came to remove a couple of radiators and install a new one. He found a problem but sorted it straight away. He was really helpful and answered all my questions. He left everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

New Condensing Boiler Installation
We are very pleased with the new condensing boiler installation and work to remove the old header tanks/cylinder. The work was done well and our preference checked when needed.
Throughout the work and at the end of the day areas were cleaned plus any debris removed.
The two engineers (Will and apprentice Jack) were pleasant and very polite.
The quotation received for the work was clear and detailed which was great to understand the work to be completed.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Woodhouse.

Over 20 years with Woodhouse
We have used Woodhouse for over 20 years and have never been let down. Ashley and Brad recently serviced our gas boiler and gas fire efficiently and cleanly. Both guys were pleasant and on time. Woodhouse every time!

Replacement toilet
We had a minor disaster with an upstairs toilet cracking and flooding. We got in touch with Woodhouse and arranged for them to fit a new loo which we had bought. Patsy at Woodhouse sent two guys, Ashley and Brad who very quickly took the old toilet out and replaced with the new one we had purchased. Couldn’t fault the service we got, new loo up and running and the boys tidied up and even took the broken loo away. Would definitely use this company again in the future. Thank you .

Will did a great job and was a great communicator. There were a couple of times where he made me aware of various options, and I was able to make sure the job was done exactly how I wanted it, so the outcome was to my satisfaction.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Woodhouse Plumbing. From start to finish Matt, Will and the team were professional, reliable and incredibly knowledgeable. They turned up when they said they would, explained everything clearly, and completed the work to a really high standard.
Nothing was too much trouble, they took real pride in their work, left everything clean and tidy, and made the whole process completely stress-free.
