I can honestly state I have bought many products from WowBao and have never had any negative issues with their products.

The delivery is quick and support for all customers is ongoing.

The support page on Facebook is fantastic and builds confidence to all nail techs posting their designs.

The live demonstrations are fabulous and often demonstrates multiple uses for products in designs, hence saving you money.

If I’m going to be honest about the customer service I experienced, then I would genuinely have to state was a thousand % amazing.

I had an issue with my courier who stated the road to my home was closed. (This was not correct). Not only did WowBao investigate, a staff member came to my door and delivered my goods directly.

YES you did read this correct. Delivered my goods to my door directly!

Pleased was an understatement. Never before had I experienced such amazing customer service.

Disgusting excuse of a company owners are bullies and homophobic ran by clowns products arnt as advertised and if you join their support group unless you are in the click you will be ignored and even witch hunted if you have an opinion or ask a question when their products don’t work right

Your website won’t work if you only allow fake good reviews. Just look at the other 1* reviews and how many of them have they tried to flag up with you to hide how disgusting they actually are? Let your website work right and let people actually have their real opinions

Absolutely fantastic customer service and products. I've never had anything but a 5 star experience with Wowbao. I was addicted before the hema-free gel polishes were released....now I need all 344 colours 🤩

I love wowbao, I qualified years ago and I really stuggled with my retention and found the previous products I was using just didn't work for me, I then found wowbao and have to say I've never used anything like it! Their products are amazing, and i cant even pin point one product because i use all of them! their customer service is great too!

since qualifying as a nail tech I've struggled to find a good brand I can work well with until I found wowbao, the acrylic is a dream to work with and I'm in love with the pigments and polishes too😍 I'm still building up a kit but I'm hoping to get a lamp and a drill at some point too! 10/10 from me

Love Wowbao products, I haven't tried the new gel polishes yet but im sure they are going to be amazing like the rest of their products. Sometimes it can be a little expensive but your paying for the best quality, that's been tried and tested beforehand so it's worth it!!
Also cannot fault customer service as the delivery times are brilliant.

A couple of months ago I attended a trade show and to say it was one of the worst experiences of discrimination I've experienced would be an understatement. Until I reached the WowBao stand. All of the staff were so warm, welcoming and kind that I left that day feeling a little better. I wanted to support a brand that made me feel included in the scene and so I placed my first ever WowBao order a couple of days after. The items came quickly, were packed both beautifully and securely and the products are incredible. I reached out to their Instagram not too long ago to speak of my experience and praise their staff and I received such a heartwarming reply. I would rate their products 5/5 and their customer service 10/5 for being all inclusive unlike many of the other stands that day. I cannot wait to place my next order and continue supporting a brand that I am both confident and comfortable with.

I bought just some accessories and most of them are quite good but for 2 of the products I was disappointed....one finger from the hand practice was already broken and the gems tool when I touch the silicone thing half of it has broken.

I have been with wowboa now for around 8 months I just love all products I have bought the acrylic powders are fantastic and are so full you do get a full pot
I also use the nail tips I find them easy to shape and they stay on without splitting I also have the nail drill and all I can say is I have never looked back I have the bits as well and cuts down time
Am yet to build my gel polish but I will be investing in the near future 100 per cent value and quality

The new Wowbao hema free polishes are absolutely amazing and have excellent coverage and lasting power. I love all products from wowbao and i would highly recommend them both for their products and customer service.

I’ve been using wowbao products for well over 2 years now, as a business with amazing ambassadors who I have personally met on a few occasions they inspired me to train professionally before I found wowbao I was self taught now I have my own salon from home and I’m mobile, my stock is solely wowbao, I have found no reason to change, the products are amazing, there is plenty of variety and they are constantly bringing out new stock to keep on trend and to bring fantastic products for those of us who are true wowbao addicts. I have personally met the owner Jen and the rest of the team and they are generally the most down to earth people I know, their education courses are also amazing and great value to money and better than any other nail course I’ve done. Orders always arrive quickly and if I’ve ever had a problem it is sorted out quickly, I’ve always found them easy to talk to and have always received a great experience.

Brought from here numerous times and never had a issue until recently with my brushes they don't seem interested but no worries I won't be ordering again as i also don't like there new hema free range I find the colours different to what they should look like on the pictures that's just my opinion
