Well i have bought 2 bikes from welsh pit bikes now latest being a month ago for my son for xmas. Took it out yesterday and the exhaust nuts have come off the manifold and disappeared, exhaust has dropped onto the engine and melted the gaiter over the clutch lever. Rang them to explain thinking they will shot me a couple of nuts in an envelope and post at the cost of a stamp, told to go to their website and buy them! Try making sure things are secure when building them eh, the bits i have built haven't fallen off! I didn't even argue thats told me all i need to know about WPB! Its not the cost its peanuts, its the principal, the bikes brand new and that is shocking customer service. Il buy the nuts elsewhere, and i wont buy another bike from them based on that experience 👍🏽 clearly do not give a toss! And for anyone who is currently putting together a WPB… check everything thats all ready pre assembled as they clearly take no care when building them

Poor alright we bought two 212cc beast pitbikes n 1 broke down after 8 months of use and internal engine problem staor failed l absolute shocking payed £3300 for 2 bikes from ebay they added an extra 50poumd onto each bike and yeah couldn't have bought a worse bike than that a could have bought a proper motocross for nearly that av 600 so far another 1600 thats 2200 soon for a proper motocross bike these things fun at the time but when they bring down which is very often is heartbreaking racers built this engine ment to have racers professionals n it goes in 8 months shocking

Ordered a stomp with small wheels for a birthday present also ordered a set of bigs should i ever need them. Got a call saying it only comes with big wheels on and said I would need to fit myself, I said thats not what was advertised or ordered, no apology.
explained I am not mechanical, got a brief lecture on how I need to be if I have a bike. Ive got 2 cars and two motobikes already still not mechanical.
Was so unhelpful, "Computer says no!" now my son wont get his present for his birthday.
There are so many places to buy these bikes avoid this outft

I've been a customer of wpbracing for over 10 years when I got my first Stomp 140, which was an amazing bike.

Recently I purchased a WPB 190 Beast which unfortunately the courier slightly damaged. Adrian from WPB went above and beyond sending out replacement parts, and was happy to help in any way he could.

Today (Good Friday) I've been asking questions about registering the bike with the DVLA which is a really convoluted process, and he's even been getting back to me on this bank holiday.

I couldn't recommend them enough, not only are the bikes insanely good value for money and fun, the customer service is also there.

I wouldn't buy from anywhere else.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!
we ordered a bike from them 3 weeks ago. A bike arrived promptly...but 10 minutes after it was delivered we were on the phone as not what we ordered but a cheaper version! We didn't even unwrap it from the box. 3 weeks later of constant phonecalls, excuse after excuse, we called to say refund us now! Let's see if they do before we take it further!
BE WARNED BEFORE YOU BUY!

I bought my WPB 190 Beast a week ago, I am very pleased with my bike and the Value for money is superb. I don't know how these guys sell a bike for this price.
WPB kept me informed from the very start sending me emails confirming my purchase and kept me updated with tracking and progress of the delivery.

The bike certainly lives up to its name, its a Real Beast.
When I spoke to WPB their after sales was spot on, always doing their best to help, I find that if you speak to people politely you always get the best outcome as companies such as this really do want their customers to have a good experience. WPB have been around for nearly 20 years now so I guess they must be doing something right.

Thanks WPB, as promised I will be back to buy another bike for my son really soon.

Customer service non existent, if you have a problem they won't help, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

These guys are an absolute joke. I was delivered a damaged wpb 190 6 weeks ago. Cosmetic and engine damage. The bike doesn't even run. I've been going back and forth the entire time to try and solve the issue. Expect 1 email a week reply, usually not even answering the questions, i suspect in a hope to get customers to go away. Literally the worst purchase experience of my life. 1200 pound down the drain. I've got to go to citenzens advice and go through trading standards to get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

To be clear this is a good review but there are some issues.

Ordered a WPB 190 Beast on Friday and it arrived today. (Tuesday)
Very happy with delivery time and I was kept informed the whole way through emails and tracking.

However the bike arrived in a damaged box, with some damage to the fairings/graphics upon further inspection. Also, a nice big chunk out of one of the gold struts up front to top it off! The bike has a leaky carburettor, I’m certain is due to a stuck float.. which I find odd as it’s a brand new vehicle. The clutch was set up wrong as well so I’ve had to adjust it.

Everything else is top notch and despite those issues, I love this bike. Can’t wait to get out and start riding it. Fired up first time, no hesitation, and oh yes she is defo a Beast!!

The man who speaks on customer service was disgusting shouting at me for asking questions would never buy from here again
