I made a small deposit...under $100. I've brought my balance up to $350.90 and decided to withdraw $100. It failed. Tried a 2nd time , failed. I spoke to support (email), and they said it must be my bank. I spoke to my bank and they said nope, not them. In fact they stressed that I had no restrictions and thus should not have any issues. So I now withdrew $200 which is pending but I am certain this will also get denied. Any1 relate to this? I thought they were a reputable site!! WTF is wrong with people!

Well, that was yesterday, Sept 3rd, 2025. This morning I woke up to an email clarifying what the issue was and it turns out, it's my dang fault. The email i was using had an error mis-typed ...instead of .com, I typed in .coml but my being angry made me so blind that I overlooked any discrepancies on my end. And I've sent them (WPT global) 2 not-so-nice emails in the midst of this only to be met with kindness and respect. I feel like a fool and knew I needed to do the right thing and realign this post. They are thieves, scum poker and they steel money from your account by small amounts of 0.1$. I noticed that and they replay me that I played some roll spin of 0.1$, that never happened. They are a bunch of scammers! Avoid their platform and site!!!

Okay so I am a new player to WPT global I saw there deposit bonus where you could deposit $300 and get $110 ticket amongst other tickets, I proceeded to make my $300 deposit it has now been pending for 11 days I cannot get a straight answer from any of their support team, for anyone thinking of depositing on WPT global do not do it this is a total rip off site

This app is a scam all winnings are taken by algorithms that train your account. They let you win just enough to feel like you win before going on a 150 hand lossing streak not one winning hand after. No poker game has those kind of lossing streak scam app.

beware this is complete scam. it is full of Chinese bots and it will drain your account by bots. do not play at all for your own safety. they do not let you withdraw money they have specific rule that you have to play your entire deposited money in order to withdraw money buy you will never be in profit because in any table or game it is full of bots that will drain your money slowly and steadily. when you apply for withdraw they will send you email saying due to our police security risk you have to first play entire deposit and they make sure you drain to nil account before reaching to lobby. go to real casino face to face human dealers and players is better than scam running online poker full of bots.

The decks stacked or the chineese are using sql injections to steal other players money. The global spin wheel is rigged if it starts a $240 100% of the time you will get 2 dollars, if it starts at the jackpot you will get 3 dollars, if it starts at $10 you will get 5 dollars all will happen 100% of the time. The decks aren't random and nor is the wheel. I had my dns cache poisoned yesterday thru the app where chineese hackers tried to steal my passwords for my email by dns spoofing me. I reported everything to the site and they were reluctant to do anything about it. Absolute zero help from them. DO NOT PLAY ON THIS SITE.

I've been playing for about two months on WTP Global. Player pool is extremely soft, loaded with Chineese people, most of them has no idea about basic poker principles. Would be nice place to grind but seems to be impossible to win constantly because those donkeys plays almost every hand, kicker doesn't matter. They limp preflop way too much, also love to open limp AA and other very strong hands to suck you in. Also the amount of miracle rivers they get is insane. This room got potential but has a long way to go. Not going to play again thou. Shame, great brand WPT... but no, thanks.

Finally everyone been scam WPTGlobal. Every had experiences that kind of unfair game too. I been played every time each game all card i take is bullshit. Example 27, A2, 103, J4, 5K etc. Even i have Full house I also lose to other player because they have bigger than me. Fxck system Fxck WPT

A lot of people here are complaining about the withdrawal blocks or being refused. It pissed me off as well, but it is for security reasons. It's extra steps but once you provide the documents, everything goes smoothly. As for my experience, I have been noticing my poker hands to be repetetive, and when I am playing two games at the same time, my hands are wer+irdly connected. Like on Box A I would have AK, and community cards is 789,but on box B I have 5 6 but flop is 10 J Q. It's weird.... and as soon as I am up, the online cards finds a way to kick me back to zero.

WPT Global Poker multiple took deposits from my Mastercard CC but refused withdrawal ?? They argued it was my bank refusing to take back funds . Spoke to my bank they said no record of any funds from WPT Global . Got emailed some nonsense about crypto or bank transfer option for withdrawal This is a scam poker site . Avoid at all costs

I recently started playing on this site, winning a lot in poker and cashing out 1400 usd. When cashing out they blocked my account while it was under review, and i sent in my documents proving my identity. After providing everything they asked for, they permanently blocked my user for "being in close relations with other excluded accounts". This refers to that one of my friends used my phone to show WPT to me, and logged in to his account on my phone before I made my account. They tracked my phone and watched who was logging in, and after providing them everything they asked for they still blocked me. The biggest SCAM site I have ever gambled on, and I will be playing on other sites like GG poker or Unibet in the future. STAY AWAY!

Without any permission they take money from your bank account. When you try to communicate with them they answer very quickly but there is no way you can prove that they took your money because their payments team 'can't see' connection between their page and their accounts. It happened 2times to me in last 10days.

They don't allow you to withdraw. They will keep you in the game until their bots drain all of your money

WORST POKER SITE EVER!!! AND EVER!!

I have been a poker player for years, I play on GG, I play on Pokerstars, so I also started playing on WPT. Imagine my surprise when a few days after my first deposit, just after I won a WPT tournament, they blocked my account for no reason, no, it's not about VPN, it's not about anything illegal - they simply stated for reasons unknown to me that they would block the account. What a lack of respect for the customer who doesn't even know what the reasons for such behavior were. The bottom of the bottom. I have tried every contact option to obtain information - to no avail.

I never leave reviews,but for WPT I am going to make an exception. It's 100% rigged. No doubt in my mind. I should have listened to the reviews. Garbage! Don't trust it!
