All communication was done online and by email and it was professional & courteous. The order was accepted and delivered before the deadline. The product was excellent. Highly recommend, User-friendly Website. Very professional and extremely helpful customer service. We have been getting Wristbands off them for a number of years now along side personalised printed logo lanyards. 1-3 Days delivery time never had any issues.

Worst customer service, not worthy it at all wouldn't recommend to anybody
The is the worst customer service I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with this company, the manager is mean and rude, sent in email with correct details but printed thw wrong information, the manager pretended not to have recieved the email, and on top of that he said I should pay for the postage when it's there mistake and finished the call with saying,YOU ARE NOT GETTING YOUR WRIST BANDS
