Delivered pretty quickly and was better than my expectations.

I am absolutely shocked at the lack of response and ‘ghosting’ from Wype and yes I check my junk mail every day.

I have sent three emails and one of their online forms via the website due to non-delivery of my order.

I did not have any issues with my first order so was quite confident that the second order would be as easy.

I will now be contacting my bank and will certainly never be ordering anything else from Wype

Good natural product with no irritation. Ordering system excellent. However, lost a star for wastage when the bottle is nearly empty and there’s not enough gel to get the dispenser to work, but there’s still quite a bit left, you need to unscrew the dispenser. Turn the bottle upside down and tap the base. This results in large blobs being expelled, which is too much to use.

Ive never really used regular wipes before and I kept seeing Wype and thinking how good the idea was... after 1 glass of wine I finally bought the starter pack! Now the whole family is using it and the wipes we did own in the house went straight into the bin! Great tipsy purchase will buy again sober next time 👌

I've been using this product for a couple of years and think it is excellent. I avoid having to use toilet wipes which are so damaging to our environment. I would advise anyone to try these and they last for ages

Starter kit arrived okay and just trying to get used to using the stuff - trickier than I thought. I either use too much or too little and you really need quality toilet paper to take the gel.

Great product, i feel fresh, clean and soothed now. Handy smaller bottle dispenser for use on the go. The only downside is I think it is just a little pricey. I got the starter bundle with a discount for £22.95. I feel more people would buy it if the bundle was just under the £20 mark.

Parcel arrived in a little box, we'll packaged and discreet. The gel doesnt break down the tissue fibre which is a plus. Works as advertised. Happy customer!
