Plea from a Pensioner
I have found X Gas helpful and friendly and the boiler works efficiently but more explanation is needed after the initial installation. Older people may not be familiar with the way in which modern technology operates. Simple problems could then be resolved without the necessity of a call-out fee for a ten second consultation.

Repair of a gas fire
The work was carried out to a successful conclusion by a very helpful and competent engineer
where a previous engineer had completely failed. This work was greatly aided by the production of a spare part by the the original maker of the fire (Birley Appliances Ltd) and by their sales team
