I wasn't comfortable with paying full amount on placing order very unusual for that to be expected.
The norm would be a deposit and payment made before despatch.

I'm Happy with my Purchase.
Have purchased XEMGraver Pens in the Past, this is my third order ( 2 different Business's ) . Recipients of my pen that I have spoken to are all very pleased with the styling (they hang on to it) and the quality of ink and ease of use. I work within a hospital setting and have created some friendly pen envy with these. pens. I have not had any negative feedback . Regards Ed
ps, The price of these pens is better value than what I was using for our business office use so double bonus.
