The most terrible courier service. I've been waiting for the item I ordered for an entire week but no delivery attempt was made. I would not give this a star if it was possible.
THE WORST COURIER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
It has been a week now but they haven't pick my package yet from the seller. I kept on asking for an update but they always reply that they'll take an immediate action but nothing happened for how many days already. I badly wanted that package for my birthday and they're ruining my birthday already. they don't have plans fixing they're system. so disappointing. They should just shut they're system down because they are not giving service to their costumers. They're giving hassle not just on the consumer's part but also on the seller's part.

XPost is partnered with Shopee but Shopee cant help you if this courier is not picking up your order. They said to call XPost. When you call XPost, on queue ka naman. Buti pa yung mga 3PLs nila, may response agad in this scenario. I was tjinking why about a year ago, I started to unlist this as one of my preferred courier - dahil nga pala sa 1x delivery attempt RTS na agad. Now, this. LBC, you should stop making XPost as one of your mini-couriers. Theyre not good for your business.

Ngayon ko lang narealize na dapat pala nag check muna ko ng reviews ng courier na ito. No customer service. Ang tagal mag update ng status. I trusted the delivery guy enough nung si Abi nyang sya na lang maglalagay ng parcel sa large pouch kasi naubUsan sya ng large, sa ayaw kong madamage item pumayag naman ako, ayan awa ni Lord hanggang ngayon pending pick up pa rin daw parcel ko kahit apat na araw nang wala sa kin. Di ko alam kung pinitik na ba ni courier or stuck talaga sa warehouse. ang mas nakaka frustrate yung walang direct line for customer service, kahit shopee di ako matulungan, sana di na lang nila kinukuha as courier for sellers kung ganito kasama ang service.

My parcel is already 1 week sa branch ng taguig. Walang movement. They always reason out that they had a system error. Everyday ako tumatawag sa office nila at sa branch. Gagawan daw nila ng paraan. Guys, or whoever is reading this, don't trust this courier. Napaka bagal ng customer service umaksiyon. They maybe lost my parcel already. But they just tell me na nagka error ang system nila. My god 1 week na nasa inyo parin ang parcel. And sometimes they do not pick your parcels, because you need to call them to pick them up. Napaka wala niyong kwenta. Ibalik niyo ang parcel ko kung wala kayong aksiyon. Nakaka higblood kayo. This courier is the worst.

Poor customer service. They always say that the recipient is not available but the reality is, they didn’t attempt to deliver on the destination address or they say that due to wrong tagging so you can reschedule the delivery. They do that as their alibi to conceal their mistakes. I called them multiple times but no one’s picking up and when they answered they say they will look for the item and hung up.

Delivery failed eh di nga kayo sumipot sa address na binigay ko, napakatamad ng mga riders niyo (di ko nilalahat) di na talaga ako uulit dito sa xpost na to, TYAKA WALA SILANG NAILAGAY NA REASON KUNG BAT DELIVERY FAILED YUNG ORDER KO. Nakakahighblood kayo, buti pa j&t pati ninjavan maasahan.

The delivery guy called me and was so angry at me and also told me that I should do this and that with such a harsh tone on his voice while I was on the way home to pay my delivery but then he refused to talk to me and hang up the phone.
Very slow delivery
Very slow delivery, almost 1week na nung pinick up still wala pa din dito sa metro manila. Take note from davao to metromanila lang un mag 1week na wala pa din ung order ko. Nauna pa makuha ung item na kakaorder ko pang from china. Very very disappointed in this courier.

I know maybe that time hindi nila ako na contact via phone call but still, you can just go to the address kasi there were times mahina yung signal ng phone, you didn't even bother mn lng na pumunta and besides it's not that malayo sa kabihasnan yung address namin tbh. you just tag the parcel for return of delivery agad. Disappointed
DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!
This is my first time using this courier and it was not good at all and to be honest, it was the worst.
I got NO text/response from the delivery man. I constantly track the parcel on their website and waited two days for my items to be delivered. On the first day, I waited whole day and I just got a notification "Delivery Failed". The next day, no delivery man seen, no items received yet "Successfully Delivered".
Just a friendly advice, choose other courier. If there's nothing else, don't even consider xpost, just don't.

So unprofessional!! I ordered an item from shopee and the courier is xpost, the delivery man texted me and asked me for my address, but how should i know it was him? There wasnt any introduction like 'Hi, I am from xpost' or something like that. So how do you expect me to just give my address? And since im ordering from shopee, shouldnt he have the address already? So we called him and i can tell you, HE IS VERY RUDE. Binagsakan pa ako ng telepono! I have another delivery and the courier is xpost I hope it wont happen again.

Very late delivery
Very late delivery. Ordered 2 item (exactly the same product but was ordered from 2 different sellers based in Manila) at the same time from Shopee. 1 item shipped via XPost while the other was on J&T Express. Received the package from J&T in just 8 days (Manila to Davao). Xpost took 20 days.

I know posting this review in trustpilot would not affect the company, but just for those people out there na magbabasa dito just as a reference for the service being delivered by Xpost, nakakadismaya ho sila. I ordered an item in Lazada May 12 2020, and up until today June 9 2020 wala pa din. Per checking ng online tracking nila nandito na daw sa local hub sa area ko. Pero halos sobra 1 week na di pa din dumadating. Tinatawagan ko yung local number nila dito pero sinasabi lang na hinahanap pa daw. Sobrang laki yata ng warehouse nila o sa sobrang dami ng di nila madeliver nawala yung item ko. Nakakatawa. High value item pa naman. Customer service din nila nakakadismaya palagi nalang expedite expedite eh wala naman din. Kalahating buwan na nga yung pag ship anu yun around the world yung dinaanan nung barko. Nakakawalang gana kakahintay ng item di ko nalang irereceive. Sayang kasi official pa din naman yung seller. Kaya sa mga may balak gumamit ng Xpost as courier service, masasabi ko lang na pag high value item wag nalang kayo bumili. O kung merong ibang optionss for delivery yun nalang. Madidismaya lang kayo.
