Using Speedx

Now this company is using terrible last mile service Speedx, so their delivery will be entirely unreliable as well. Awful. This means ShowZ and many other Asian companies delivery will go down the toilet.

Bad for business …

My first time buying something on temu and the delivery is bad.. they don’t contact me before they deliver and leave my package outside the front door and they steal my package plus there is a code to enter at the door where you can put my package inside the mailbox.. bad for business

Beware!

This is what i wrote them;

"Hi, for the second day in a row I'm finding myself very disappointed in your delivery. The package is left late night in front of the garage port, where it's at risk of being run over, instead of at the porch 5 steps away."

And this is what they said;
"Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. However, this is in line with the local delivery model. Next time, you can contact me in advance to provide delivery instructions, such as "Do not place the package on the drive way right in front of the garage. " Once your package is assigned to a driver, I will pass these instructions on to the relevant colleagues."

In other words, do not use this company, they don't care! See here that they do deliver packages to people's porch, but guess it depends on the a$$ delivering...

Disrespectful lazy delivery person, non-existent customer service.

The delivery person threw my package up onto the porch from the sidewalk. He did not bother to walk up onto the porch and use the secure package box, where there are specific delivery instructions posted. Therefore my package was stolen. And this company is ignoring my complaints so now I am out the cost of the item because their delivery person was lazy, careless, and disrespectful

No Concern for Our Safety

Despite 8...count'em EIGHT emails trying to get Yanwen to stop dropping off my packages on the porch in FULL VIEW of the Street, they won't do it. There are two columns that are right there that they can hide them behind. They simply won't bother. Packages have been late by 2 days, and in one picture that they put online proving my address, they included my cars license plate! I've asked for a Supervisor 3 times and have gotten no reply.

If I could they should get a negative 5…

If I could they should get a negative 5 stars! Every time I get a package delivered by YanwenExpress they claim no "access code " THERE ISN'T ONE NEEDED! now they claim there's no secure place, I live over a business!
Not once have they completed a delivery without these exact excuses! AGAIN THIS IS GOING ON! 2/8/2026

Vedono il futuro

Pessimo, spedizione di una busta in 20 giorni, due finti tentativi di consegna, ero a casa apposta, il citofono funziona, e il nome e' leggibile.
Il secondo giorno sul loro tracking system del sito alle 11 c'era la data del giorno in corso, orario 18:20 il destinatario non e' in casa, tentativo di consegna fallito, gia' nel giorno di consegna in corso!!!. Questi vedono addirittura 7 ore nel futuro. Ora per regola, qualsiasi cosa venga dalla CIna non la compro piu' tanto usano questo corriere qui, comprero' solo da venditori europei.

Movimentazioni pacchi e spedizioni lentissime ...Tempi di consegna da tartarughe... Rintracciamento ordini stessa cosa. Nonostante sollecito venditore. Il venditore ha contattato il corriere e dal giorno 09/01/2026 il pacco è fermo al porto di arrivo in Italia e a oggi 13 /01/2026 non hanno ancora contattato il corriere della società di consegna italiana.Mio ordine : UK802751928YP. ... Esperienza più che negativa...

Absolute disgrace!

Absolute disgrace! Held my gift for days, then failed delivery, now asking for 2 more weeks!

"I am utterly appalled by Yanwen Express. My granddaughter’s Christmas gift was 'out for delivery' starting early morning on December 23rd. They drove it around for two full days, only to update the status on December 25th as 'Parcel delivery abnormal [Without Access Code].' This is a complete lie—no one tried to contact me, and no delivery was attempted.
To make matters worse, after contacting their support, I was told that a second delivery attempt would take up to TWO WEEKS. This is an insult. They already have the parcel in my city, they failed their job during the holidays, and now they expect me to wait 14 more days for a gift that is already late?
This company ruined a child's Christmas surprise through sheer laziness and incompetence. Their customer service is useless and provides no real solutions. I will be filing a formal complaint and demanding a full refund. Do not trust Yanwen Express with anything important!"

Bedrövligt. Beställde en dyr champagne advets kalender och fick en lätt låda med plastskrot i, inga flaskor. Köp ej från detta bedrägeriföretaget.

AVOID ANY COMPANY USING THIS CARRIER

ZERO STARS. I ordered two pairs of contacts from Coleyes on October 3rd. On October 10th, this shipping company I have never heard of, Yanwen, claimed that my parcel was out for delivery. They have repeatedly lied to me, claiming it was 'out for delivery' for THREE days.

The seller, Coleyes (coleyes.com), tells me to check my local post office to see if they have it. Yesterday was Sunday, so that wasn't happening. I tried calling my post office and then I realized that today is Columbus Day, so they're closed all day today, too.

I checked on my order again using the app 17Track (another company I've never heard of before), per their instructions for tracking my order -- two companies I've never heard of -- seemed a bit shady to me. Suddenly the status on my order is 'NOT FOUND'.

I will never order from Coleyes ever again. If they give me my money back, great. If they don't, I'll make sure to let everybody I know (and then some, because we all know that stuff on the internet lives forever) how much they suck. To think I was going to make a much larger order; but since it was my first order, I didn't. I thought we'll see how it goes, see if it's a quality product, see how fast they ship, see if their customer service is worth anything, etc.

When I made the order, BTW, I was never made aware who was shipping it. If I had known BEFOREHAND that it wasn't one of the more reputable shipping services, I would never have bothered.

Regardless, depending on what they do next, I'll be back on here writing a review about them next. Because as of October 13, 2025, I am not at all impressed with them, either.
