She is prompt, helpful and takes the time to go through the steps with you to resolve any issues we had. In the end we got our system in order and Emma was incredibly helpful and patient. We switched from BT business broadband to installation of business full fibre and telephony (VOIP) with Yappl a couple of weeks ago. It went like a dream and very smoothly. We recently had full fibre broadband and a new phone system installed by Yappl, The whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Danny (Technical) was very professional, efficient, and friendly and everything was set up with minimal disruption to our day-to-day operations.
