Poor support and unwillingness to resolve issues
I’ve had a very frustrating experience with YCloud.
The platform itself works at a basic level, but when you actually need support, things fall apart. I reported a technical issue affecting my WhatsApp integration and, instead of investigating properly, the support team kept giving generic responses and avoiding responsibility.
What’s worse is that it feels like they are trying to push the problem away rather than solve it. There was no real escalation, no technical depth in the responses, and no clear effort to understand the root cause. For a service that positions itself as a reliable WhatsApp API provider, this is unacceptable.
I run a system that depends on stable communication (CRM + WhatsApp integration), so reliability and support are critical. Unfortunately, YCloud failed on both.
If you are considering using this provider, be aware:
* Support may not actually resolve your issue
* Responses can be superficial and repetitive
* Escalation is unclear or ineffective
At this point, I’m seriously considering migrating to another official BSP that provides proper technical support and accountability.
A service like this should not leave paying customers without real solutions.
