Poor support and unwillingness to resolve issues

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with YCloud.

The platform itself works at a basic level, but when you actually need support, things fall apart. I reported a technical issue affecting my WhatsApp integration and, instead of investigating properly, the support team kept giving generic responses and avoiding responsibility.

What’s worse is that it feels like they are trying to push the problem away rather than solve it. There was no real escalation, no technical depth in the responses, and no clear effort to understand the root cause. For a service that positions itself as a reliable WhatsApp API provider, this is unacceptable.

I run a system that depends on stable communication (CRM + WhatsApp integration), so reliability and support are critical. Unfortunately, YCloud failed on both.

If you are considering using this provider, be aware:

* Support may not actually resolve your issue
* Responses can be superficial and repetitive
* Escalation is unclear or ineffective

At this point, I’m seriously considering migrating to another official BSP that provides proper technical support and accountability.

A service like this should not leave paying customers without real solutions.

solution to my blockage

Initially, I left a different review, but I see the effort they put in and the quick action they took to make the changes to my account. Thanks to that, I've recovered it and can continue using my cloud services. So I'll keep recommending them, and if you have any problems, don't hesitate to contact technical support; they'll help you.

But keep in mind that time zone changes can sometimes be important. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with the solution provided.

We’ve had a really great experience with YCloud. The platform is reliable, delivery is solid, and everything just works smoothly.

Big thanks to Jassim as well, he’s been extremely helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. You can tell he genuinely cares about making things run well.

Overall, we’re very happy with YCloud and the partnership.

All started well until I had to…

All started well until I had to recharge the account to continue using, which I did not hesitate in doing so and recharged the account. Inmediately, my account was blocked and was log out. I have contacted Tech support more then 20 times after that and they just keep ignoring the case. It has been like that for the last 12 days. Now I cannot even manage my whatsapp accounts nor have my money back.

I would recommend that they allow their users to pay directly at their Facebook account as they claim that there is no mark up. Besides that, I recommend them.

In addition, regarding our no-markup policy: Meta does not charge enterprises directly for messaging. Message fees must be billed through an authorized BSP (such as YCloud). Our competitive advantage is that we do not add any additional markup to these messaging fees, whereas many other providers typically add a 20–30% surcharge.

Fantastic whatsapp coexistence API integration

Thanks to Ycloud we could use Whatsapp business coexistence to keep the same whatsapp number we have been using with our customers for 10 years.
No need to change our mobile number and very easy integration with Meta

My account was banned right after paying

My account was banned right after paying 500 USD for our test flight and I felt I got scammed. I've tried contacting via Live Chat but it's kept loading/spinning and throws error like "Couldn't load apps" without any reason, and I've tried sending emails to:

Guess what ? no replied so far.

YCloud.com, if you seen this review please take immediate action either unban or refund my money back before I take this case to Meta .

I'm using this because friend of mine told me it's a friendly platform that have clear dashboard. But given what I've experienced so far, it's my worst nightmare.

Pésimo servicio, no dan respuesta, no se puede configurar el chatbot, cobran un 100% extra el costo de envíos masivos, la peor experiencia que he tenido en crm

I’ve been using YCloud’s WhatsApp API…

I’ve been using YCloud’s WhatsApp API for a while now and honestly, it’s been a really good experience. The platform has plenty of useful features and options that make it easy to manage communication. What I appreciate the most is their support team – they respond quickly, are super patient, and actually take the time to guide you through things.

It feels reassuring to know there’s always someone ready to help. Overall, I’m very happy with YCloud and would definitely recommend it to others.

6/5 star service, smooth and easy!

Great experience for the onboarding, fast and smooth, customer support very helpful and patient whenever needed, I am finding all needed features easy to use. A lot of data, insight and customization is available. Flow, ai, webhooks and API... everything is there.

Personally this is the best service I have tried up to now for whatsapp API.

If I may only suggest something to add, our startup is going to use a lot the API messaging feature, for both utility/marketing and for service messages. There is no UI/UX screen where we can see all the full chats with the contacts.

But despite this, still remains a 6/5 star service!
