Ich wurde am 25.5.2026 operiert. Habe meine Brüste straffen lassen. Ich war vom ersten Moment an gut aufgehoben. Meine nicht vorhandenen Englischkenntnisse waren kein Problem, da es eine Übersetzerin gab.
Mein Arzt Dr. Mrna hat mich bestens beraten und mit dem Ergebnis bin ich mehr als zufrieden. Die Schwestern waren sehr bemüht und alle sehr nett.
Ich komme wieder.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at YES VISAGE. After 21 email exchanges, with details, photos, and specific requests, I arrived at the clinic only to find that the staff had no knowledge of my case. The doctor laughed at me, tried to dissuade me from the treatment, and at the reception, they then demanded payment for a consultation I was never supposed to pay for. Despite the manager’s apologies, my attempts to contact them afterward were ignored. In the end, I received an email from the clinic saying they no longer wanted to proceed with my treatment and advised me to seek another clinic. This was an enormous waste of time and an extremely disrespectful treatment. I cannot recommend this clinic at all.

Ich habe im November einen Termin angefragt. Leider habe ich bis heute 24.03.2026 keinen Vorschlag bekommen. Wenn ich nachfrage, werde ich nur belogen.
Aufgrund der vielen negativen Bewertungen bin ich jetzt froh, keinen Eingriff in dieser Klinik gemacht zu haben.

Před více než dvěma lety jsem navštívila tuto kliniku kvůli mírnému vyhlazení vrásek pod očima. Byla mi doporučena kombinace PRP terapie s kyselinou hyaluronovou. Upozornili mě, že se mohou objevit mírné otoky, které však mají během několika dní odeznít. Nikdy předtím jsem netrpěla na otoky ani kruhy pod očima, a vzhledem ke zdravému životnímu stylu jsem žádné komplikace neočekávala.

Po aplikaci se však dostavily výrazné otoky pod očima a v oblasti tváří, doprovázené pálením a svěděním v místech aplikace. Klinika tvrdila, že je vše v pořádku a je to standardní proces. Po několika měsících mi byla aplikována injekce kortikoidů a hyaluronidase (aplikace jehlou povrchově bez jakékoliv profesionality!) Ani tento zákrok nezabral.

Namísto hledání řešení se klinika začala stavět do defenzivy a obviňovala mě, že jsem otoky měla již před zákrokem. Přístup byl arogantní, komunikace nepříjemná, a bylo zřejmé, že jakmile nastane komplikace, chybí nejen odbornost, ale i ochota problém řešit. Klinika mi již nijak nepomohla, a tak jsem se rozhodla situaci s nimi dále neřešit.

Po zákroku na původní klinice nejenže nedošlo ke zlepšení stavu pleti, ale naopak jsem utrpěla trvalé estetické poškození, které mě vizuálně zestárlo o několik let. Zvažovala jsem i plastickou operaci.

Nedávno jsem navštívila jinou, vysoce profesionální kliniku, kde mi byla diagnostikována fibróza po zánětu v postižených místech. Okamžitě mi byla zajištěna léčba – Subcize spolu s rozpouštěním ložisek kanylou. Přístup, odbornost i komunikace byly zcela nesrovnatelné s předchozí zkušeností.

Tuto kliniku absolutně nemohu doporučit. Pokud se cokoliv pokazí, nepomohou vám – chybí jim kvalifikace, zkušenosti i profesionální přístup. Z mé zkušenosti zde neplatíte za kvalitu, ale za riziko.

Leider sehr unfreundliches Personal mit genervten Krankenschwestern mit aufgespritzten Lippen und falschen Wimpern. Bei der Entlassung habe ich gefragt, ob man mir bitte die orange Jodlösung im Gesicht abwaschen kann. Mit einem strikten NEIN der Krankenschwester, war dies klar… ich musste umgehend das Zimmer verlassen😡

Obwohl ich zuvor Fotos von mir geschickt hatte und eine konkrete Preisangabe vorliegen hatte, wollten sie beinahe das Doppelte an Geld vor Ort. D.h. anstatt knapp € 2.100,- dann knapp € 3.600,-. Meine Agentin hat dann für mich Gott sei Dank verhandelt und die Mehrkosten beliefen sich somit auf € 400,- plus.

Die Ärztin ist super und das OP Team sehr nett. Wollte wegen dem gelungenen Ergebnis, einige meiner Freundinnen eine Weiterempfehlung geben.

Nach diesen Erfahrungen aber natürlich nicht mehr.

Man fühlt sich nur als Geldtasche aber nicht als Mensch und Patient.

I'm not satisfied with the result of breast lift+augumentation with Dr Mrna. I was botched before and we agreed that DR will cut out my old scars from the botched surgery, will add implants to create more full look of the breasts after my weight loss. At the day of the surgery when we were confirming the size of the implants I emphasized that I don't care about the size as much as I care about the scars, my main motivation to undergo the surgery is to remove the ugly scars. After I woke up from the surgery DR informed that he couldn't remove the part of the scar on one breast, the rest was cut out. After approx 2 weeks when my wound dressing was removed I noticed that the scar wasn't removed on the second breast either. Why DR lied to me then that it was removed?
The implants were placed way too high, creating a frankenboob(google it) look with all the implant sitting high like a hump and the lower pole is non existent. Moreover, one breast fell down over the implant, creating the waterfall deformity already, and it has only been 5 weeks so far. What was the lift even for? How is that possible that I have a waterfall deformity straight after breast lift? I was asking DR if the implants will drop and fluff, so it can fill out the lower pole, the DR said that no, he put it the way they can't drop.
All I was left with is to wait 6 months with these ugly breasts and if I don't like them by then, we will think about it. I don't get why do I have to wait until it's healed if I don't like them and they are not likely to change.
All this mess costed me more that 7 k EUR. I was on antihistamines for over a month as I had a horrible allergic reaction on smth used during the surgery. I'm still out of gym. And all of it to get this ugly result. Why didn't the DR tell me he can't cut out all the scars, so I would reconsider if I even need a surgery on these terms. I feel ugly and scammed. The communication with the clinic is now really slow, they reply once in a week. The only suggestion was the consultation with their laser clinic, which definitely will not help any of my issues at all. These scars can only be removed surgically, the waterfall deformity probably gets even worse with time. I will need to have a revision with another surgeon.

Zničili mi tam obličej. Již to řeším dva roky - mám úplně zničenou lymfu a fibrozu ze zánětu.
Jejich komunikace byla pokaždé arogantní a neprofesionální. Nejhorší klinika, kterou jsem kdy navštívila. Již nikdy více.

Ich ging in die Klinik für eine Bruststraffung mit Implantat. Die Op verlief gut abwohl ich am Optag um 13 Uhr operiert werden sollte ging es erst um 16:30 Uhr in den OP weil die Krankenschwester vergessen hatte mir Blut abzunehmen. Wohlgemerkt war ich schon seit 8:00 Uhr in der Klinik am warten. Nach der Op 21 Uhr war eine sehr genervte Krankenschwester für die Nacht zuständig welche nicht nach mir schaute ausser ich klingelte auch da war sie enorm genervt. Da ich schon 24h nüchtern war hatte ich hunger jedoch gab es für mich nichts mehr ausser Wasser. Am nächsten Tag kontrolle des sehr netten Chirurgen. Zu Hause angekommen schrieb ich eine Mail an ihn wie auch zwei Tage später an den deutschsprachigen Kundenbetreuer, bis heute keine Antwort. Also alles in allem das Ergebnis ist schön, wenn man keine Fragen hat oder Komplikationen gut gegangen weil eine Nachbetreuung oder Antwort muss man nicht erwarten. Diese wird man nie erhalten.

Man wird nach Vorbegutachtung per Mail hinbestellt, zahlt die Anzahlung, kommt vor Ort an und es wird gesagt, die OP wird nicht zu dem gewünschten Ergebnis führen, da es kaum eine Indikation gäbe.

Musste die Stornokosten zahlen (natürlich auch alle FReisekosten). 200 Euro. Okay verständlich wg Reservierung Termin und OPsaal. Aber dann noch den Rest der 400 Euro einzubehalten ist ganz schön unprofessionell und zeugt leider von Abzocke. Es scheint hier einfach nur um Geld zu gehen, statt um Zufriedenheit der Patienten. Schade, denn zu Beginn hatte ich einen tollen Eindruck; leider kann ich diese Klinik jetzt aber zumindest für anspruchsvolle Kunden, nicht empfehlen. Meine Mails bleiben seit 3 Wochen unbeantwortet.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Oberlid-Korrektur und kann diese Klinik wärmstens empfehlen.

In 2019, at my own request, I underwent upper eyelid surgery at this clinic in Prague (removal of excess skin) and Ear surgery,otoplasty. This supposed to be a simple operation, I was looking forward to the improvement in appearance. 10 minutes before the operation, a nurse came to my room in the clinic with a payment terminal, saying that the eyelid surgery also required a brow lift, so I paid additional 22,000 czk. The result of the operation: asymmetry of the eyes (excess
skin remained on the left eyelid and according to the opinion of four independent German plastic surgeons, the incision was made too close to the eyelash and they also confirmed the asymmetry), my right ear is further from the head and the eyebrows are where they were before (brow lift failed). A few months after surgery Dr. Molitor (who performed surgery) acknowledged my complaint and proposed a free corrective surgery on the left eyelid only. After the second operation, the asymmetry persists, and since skin was cut from the eyelid for the second time, my eye does not fully close during sleep, which is why I suffering now from dry eye syndrome (a German ophthalmologist confirmed it in a medical report). I lost my confidence and social acceptance and I got depressed, so I asked a law firm to claim liability and file a lawsuit against clinic. The lawsuit has been going on for 3 years now, Yes Visage clinic is fighting back and denying responsibility, for ruining my life. Be aware.
