We had some outdoor sockets installed by Fiaz at YKB. He was punctual, well mannered, and did the job exceptionally well. His work was outstanding, and we will definitely be using YKB Electricals for any future work. Very highly recommended!

Nabeel was charm personified when he came to fit my extractor fans. He even let me use his tools for a diy job I was doing. However, he wasn't so charming when I pointed out that he (or his subcontractor who cut the holes) had broken my toilet seat. He refused to pay £10 for a new one and became quite unpleasant. He left long rambling voice messages accusing me of trying to avoid payment and of "planning it all along", whatever that means. So, I cut my losses, paid him in full, blocked him from my phone and paid for a new toilet seat myself. I thought that was the end of it, but today I've just realised that he never fitted the exterior grilles on the two upstairs extractor fans. I can only guess that he didn't have a suitable ladder or he couldn't be bothered to get one, because he did fit the grille on the downstairs vent. He also didn't leave the grilles behind in the house when he'd finished (presumably so that I wouldn't be alerted to the fact that they hadn't been fitted) so now I can't even get someone else to fit them.

Fiaz was great, came and did an EV charger install for us. Quality of work and speed was great and got the elec test certificate same day. Competitive pricing.
