We had a problem with our cooker, which still worked, but not properly. I requested a call back in the evening and he responded the following morning and came out very quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We decided to get a new cooker so he researched the cheapest, reliable options for us on his phone. We ordered it the same day and he removed the old cooker the day after it was delivered, taking away the old cooker and all the packaging from the new one. I highly recommend Fraser as prompt, efficient, friendly and highly skilled.

This company was responsive, knowledgeable and reliable. Came to diagnose a problem with dishwasher and was able to advise re: fixing vs buying new. Promptly fitted to ensure we had a dishwasher for Christmas!

First class communication and service. Fraser was able to diagnose our dishwasher fault via text questions, ordered the part and came to fit it promptly. He did an excellent job and went above and beyond to ensure the dishwasher was repositioned correctly as we had been having problems with the door catching. Would recommend highly.

Fraser is absolutely fantastic! He repaired our dishwasher quickly and then we had a very weird fault develop in our fridge/freezer. It took 2 visits to finally bottom it and then supplier sent wrong part, but he was determined to fix it! And he didn’t keep charging us additional call-out fees because he hadn’t fixed it the first time! Got next-day slots too. Such a lovely person!

Do not use this company, charge out fee and part paid for, didn’t resolve issue further part fitted did not resolve issue, advised only one part left to change to resolve and allegedly can’t obtain eta and have just emailed to say we are walking away from this job as can’t sustain further losses !

Fraser had done a brilliant job a few months ago to repair our daughter’s fridge freezer and today he has sorted a leak on our fridge freezer. Thoroughly professional, and reassuring to have a reliable honest and outstanding service. Thank you.

I contacted Yorkshire Appliance Repairs via the website, about a damaged range cooker. The response was prompt, and after a few questions and a photo the problem was identified. Fraser arrived on time, having already messaged to say he was on the way.
The damaged part was replaced and the oven restored to working order.
Excellent job all round; friendly, tidy and at a reasonable rate. Great service.

Contacted Fraser to replace the seal on my washing machine. Was very helpful in finding a cheaper part and turned up the next day to fix. Communication excellent. Even reattached the handles on my oven whilst here and explained how to avoid further problems in future. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will use again.

Fraser provided exceptional customer service in relation to our dishwasher that had stopped working. I contacted his business online and within minutes he was helping to diagnose the problem with it, looking at pictures he asked me to take and sending back thoughts. In the event - after further discussion - and despite the fact he wasn't going to benefit in any way from the recommendation, he recommended I replace it and even then, took the time to recommend a replacement dishwasher I should look at and a local business (Bek's) to buy it from and who price match and will take away the old machine for recycling. Local communities really benefit from small businesses who care about their customers and other businesses in the small business community they're part of. I would recommend Yorkshire Appliance Repairs - and their own recommendation Bek's - for that matter whenever anyone local to Harrogate has an issue with their dishwasher. A pleasure to interact with.
