They were helpful from the beginning
They were helpful from the beginning. As i dont live in the area they were great at sorting me out with 2 viewings on the same day. Got back to me straight away and left messages if i was unavailable. All the staff i spoke to were professional and friendly. Very easy to deal with.

Couldn’t recommend Your Move enough. From the very beginning of the process they were efficient and friendly. Kept me up to date throughout the process and did everything possible. The best estate agent I have…
The best estate agent I have experienced in my 40 years of buying and selling properties!
Andrew and his team do a fantastic job. Andrew in particular is on the case seven days a week and it was not unusual for him to chase information or update me outside office hours even on a Sunday.
The whole team at the Crewe branch deserve the success that work tirelessly to achieve!
In addition to the great service they are one of the cheapest in the area!

Extremely happy with Your Move throughout the process. We were pleasantly surprised with the number of viewings and how quickly they came after the house went on the market. We received an offer within a week of the house going up for sale. The staff have been very professional, courteous and have kept us up to date throughout the process. You move Walkden are by far the best…
You move Walkden are by far the best estate agents out there. I couldn't go ahead with the sale of the property because I was tied to another estate agents, not a single charge no fuss, they are trustworthy give honest reviews and explain everything. The price of my property was reduced…
The price of my property was reduced by Paul because I was told that this would pull in buyers. Once ‘hooked’ they are then encouraged to bid against each other. He was extremely confident that my property would achieve a higher final price.
I was very dubious as I only had 3 viewings and the price achieved was disappointing. I feel very let down and they charge 1.5% fees which they definitely did not deserve.

I am naturally disappointed to read that you feel let down by your experience, particularly as I know how important this move is to you. It would have been nice to have had the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly so that we could better understand your perspective and hopefully address them.
As discussed throughout the marketing process, your property had previously been marketed with another agent for a considerable period of time without generating any meaningful interest or securing a buyer. Our recommendation was therefore to reposition the property in order to attract fresh interest and maximise the number of prospective purchasers viewing the property.
You are correct that I explained the principle of pricing competitively from the outset. This is a strategy I have successfully used for many years and one that is designed to bring the market to the property, rather than chasing the market down through a series of future price reductions.
Whilst this approach often generates multiple offers and, in most cases (including your property), sales ABOVE the asking price, no estate agent can ever guarantee a final sale price. Ultimately, the value of any property is determined by what the market is prepared to pay at a given point in time.
Whilst there were only three viewings, one of those viewings resulted in an offer which was subsequently accepted. Throughout the process, all advice was provided based on our experience and knowledge of the local market, but every decision regarding pricing and the acceptance of offers remained entirely yours.
In relation to our fee, this was fully discussed and agreed prior to instruction. We have remained committed throughout the transaction and continue to work hard on your behalf to progress the sale.
Whilst I appreciate that the agreed sale price may not have met your expectations, it is important to note that the sale has only recently been agreed and remains subject to contract. Our focus is now on working closely with all parties involved to ensure the transaction progresses smoothly and reaches a successful exchange and completion.
Thank you for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to market your property. We remain fully committed to supporting you throughout the remainder of the transaction and wish you every success with your onward plans.

We had been looking for quite a while
We had been looking for quite a while. Never quite found the right forever home, so our home was not on the market, when I found this one. I knew immediately , it could be the one for us. It ticked all the boxes. All I had to do was get mine on the market and sold. Matt at Your move, talked sence without pushing. His advice was sound. My house sold quickly and at the asking price. We discussed our offer, and the best way to go. Matt put the offer in and it was accepted within the day. We are now moving forward, to surveys .

Selling made easy
Being elderly and myself and my husband having to move for medical reasons we felt it would be a daunting experience. We didn’t need to worry.
