The whole remortgage process was straightforward. We received updates from her as it progressed, which made it easy to see the stage we were at. The online portal was also very user friendly. If there were any outstanding documents, it clearly identified what was required and who needed to provide it, so we always knew where things stood.
We liked the ID verification process too, it was completed securely through an app. This was much more convenient than our previous mortgage experience, where we had to physically take our documents to a local law firm to have our IDs verified.
Sofia was professional and helpful and communication was clear. We really appreciate their services and would happily recommend Sofia and Your Conveyancer to anyone.
