After having a previous bad experience with this company we were contacted by Rebecca Thomson Head of customer services, Rebecca confirmed she would look into our complaint and she promptly done just that and had agreed we had not received the level of service we should have received, there was also a beautiful bouquet of flowers sent to my wife for the upset caused .Okay it never went as planned but hats off to a company who admits they made an error and apologised

My advisor was helpful and polite, I had. Good experience overall apart from one occasion when Noah was not available I sent an email with a query, I was not happy with the response I received from another manager. It was dismissive and unhelpful. Other than that one person, all others were professional and helpful.
