The whole process was made very smooth from the start and any queries i had were answered the same day. I received regular updates on the progress of my application and was advised on any outstanding tasks. I was very impressed with the support i received and i would highly recommend to anyone going through their re-mortgage.

Excellent service - Jess Bainbridge went above and beyond on numerous occasions. Her communication was extremely good and she even responded to emails out of hours on occasions. I fully appreciate that she was acting on behalf of the mortgage company but that didn't stop her from gently advising and guiding me through the process.
