Sign turned up within 48 hours & looks very professional in its place of final fixing. Sign did exactly what we needed to stop our turning area being blocked by rogue vehicles.

Customer service extremely helpful
I ordered in plenty of time for our event but DPD delivered to the wrong address. Your parking sign ensured that another parking sign was expedited and we received it in time. Very helpful and obliging.
The sign is the perfect size and very clear. Definitely order from here in future.

Illegal and poor signage
Some signs arrived scratched, no drill holes and no fixing kit. The signs are not cheap, but the fixings kits are flimsy, insecure and anyone can remove the signs when installed. Car towing and clamping signs are sold, but illegal on private land.
YourParkingSign claim to have given me a refund, but they did not. They replaced the illegal scratched sign with another, but nothing for the missing holes sign.

Thank you for this review, Robert. We are very sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with the product, as we always only want to provide the highest quality signs to our customers.
I've spoken to our sales team and they have confirmed that unfortunately the sign was scratched in transit by the courier. Regarding the missing holes, we take full ownership for this and apologise, as there were meant to be 4 holes and only 1 was drilled. We have passed this back to our manufacturing team who will be investigating this further and taking action.
Once again, we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused and I have had confirmation that we have already made contact with yourself to confirm a refund for the hole and fixings plus resent the order out to you again.
We hope this goes some of the way in rectifying the issues.
