Rapidité pour recevoir la commande

J'ai commandé un jeux, qui est arrivé en à peine 2 minutes à un prix attractif. Ils proposent les même prix que les grands noms (Instant Gaming) et ont plus de stock de ce que j'ai pu apercevoir. Je recommande fortement.

Rapide et clair!

Commande d'un jeu, aucun frais, réception hyper rapide et qui fonctionne sans soucis. Leur site est clair et intuitif, pas besoin de chercher mille an. Nickel!

Je ne recommande pas du tout

Je ne recommande pas du tout ce service. Le paiement se fait via une plateforme externe, ce qui est assez étrange. Finalement, on m'a promis un remboursement, mais rien n'a été fait. J'ai décidé d'envoyer un message pour relancer, et ils m'ont répondu qu'ils allaient procéder au remboursement. J'ai attendu un jour, mais toujours rien. Bref, à éviter absolument !

First, we want to apologize for the delay you have experienced.

Your order was delayed due to security reasons. This usually happens when the security system finds any anomalies with the transaction. Such orders are manually reviewed by our team of specialists, which may take some time. When the order is selected under manual review, there is a message that warns the customer that the manual review may take 45 minutes. We are constantly tuning the system so it doesn’t affect genuine users, but sometimes there is a misfire.

You have mentioned that there is no employee because the Live Chat was turned off. Regrettably, the team couldn't verify your order faster due to increased traffic and because of this, the Support Agent was forced to turn OFF the Live Chat to be able to take care of all incoming orders and customer questions via ticket. Even when the Live Chat is turned off, you can leave a message and we receive it in our system as a ticket form.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Please accept our apologies.

We will be glad if you contact us on live chat or email and we will provide you with a discount code because of the situation caused!
