Zaaviay Avis

If you live in the UK buying from this website is no good. The charges is ridiculous! I wanted to exchange the size as the sizes were big once received I was told to pay for delivery return and I will have to pay for dispatch postage from Pakistan (as they said it’s my fault the sizes don’t fit me). Very poor exchange/refuted policy.

Never ever buy clothes from this website. It is a complete scam. They rip you off like crazy. Their clothes looks soo expensive in the pictures but when you actually see the clothes they are soo cheap and the colors are completely different than the pictures

Excellent customer service and quality product. I will definitely buy from Zaaviay again.

Thanks Zaaviay, I received my 4 suits. All beautiful. They look exactly as shown on the site. Customer service amazing, I called few times and they answered my queries with due respect.

I had a horrible experience it was my first order and it will be the last one too. The pics are beautiful the quality is very bad and when I brought to attention they were very defensive. One of suit had a petroleum smell, which they denied even though every suit was separately packed. They Said it must be DHL.

Good experience with ZAAVIAY

Fast delivery and excellent customer service! Products are great too. Will definitely order in future. Thank you Syeda Hala 😊😊

Ordered two dresses. Absolutely in love with them. The quality is good and they were the same as they appeared in the pictures. Will definitely order more

Hi, I ordered twice from Zaaviay.
Both times my dress came in time for the occasions that I needed it for.
I'm very happy with the quality and colours.
I got compliments from friends and family.
I will forsure order again in near future. Happy customer from Canada. Much love ❤️

Definitely buying again! I had a wonderful experience with Zaaviay when I purchased Jagmag and Chandbali. The staff helped me through out my purchase, I sent them several emails before purchase confirming the procedure and the delivery and they guided me earnestly and were willing to accommodate any requests I had. Furthermore, the clothes were so beautiful, the quality and design blew me away! I ordered them for a wedding here, and everyone complimented the dresses!
I have ordered online from several clothing company but none were as helpful, as professional as Zaaviay.
I am definitely getting more clothes from them!

My experience with Zaaviay has been very smooth & I'm very pleased & satisfied with the products I receieved. I ordered 5 dresses from Zaaviay with free shipment as my order qualified for it. My parcel arrived within 10 days & I was informed of the order progress at each stage and was also given a tracking number to keep a tab on. All the dresses looked exactly how they were on their website, in pristine condition & packaged individually in separate bags. Only one dress's tassel was a bit wobbly & came off while fishing the dress out. I had ordered size M & they fit right, though a bit on the looser side but I like it that way. Quality of fabric is alright for the price & would be able to comment better after wearing and washing them. Overall I would say I'm a happy customer & will buy from Zaaviay in future as well.

I was so excited and looking forward to receiving my order, since the picture were so beautiful but was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and sad with the quality of work, colors and material. I wish I had checked out the reviews before hand. The pictures were misleading and the outfits looked nothing like the pictures. Despite the fact some of the outfits were expensive, they look terribly cheap and not even worthy of being worn!

Extremely bad experience with Zaaviay.
They send very bad quality fabric, bad customer ship if you will buy anything fromZaaviay you will regret.
Highly recommend not to buy from this website and save your money.

Great customer service, and and beautiful dresses, same as on the website.

Thank you Zaaviay team!

Excellent customer service and product Was as shown in pictures very satisfied with my purchase highly recommend.

Ordered 3 dresses on urgent basis for an unexpected upcoming event & they promised & delivered on time with very beautiful & lovely dresses😍😍...definitely going to order again & again 😀

First things: product delivered as shown and as described and truly even better. Delivered on time - intact. Competitive price. Love their suits, material, work! Charming!!! and splendid!!! I know now where to shop online.

I highly recommend zaaviay. I bought 2 suits it was online shopping but really impressed with everything good quality and great customer service.

When i opened the parcel i was so happy.. The color, work and stitching, everything was so beautifully and finely done. I had 3 orders and all were more beautiful than the pictures. It was my first time but didn't get disappointed.
Would definitely order again!
