You substituted our Gold pack bubble…
You substituted our Gold pack bubble mailers for brown bubble mailers without asking. When I call customer service he said I will send you a label to return, then a few days went by and I called again. he then said he was waiting for approval from his boss. In this time i made another order of #0 gold mailers and almost a week goes by and you haven't even shipped my order and still haven't sent me a return label! Very unhappy! If you are out of something say so on your website! These will be our last orders with you!

Backorder
Confirmed the order with tracking email sent, but the item was on backorder for 2 weeks. Nobody reached out to me to even let me know. I only found out by contacting them myself.

My order arrived incomplete
My order arrived incomplete. That's why I called. They were not aware that the order was sent incompletely. They found out when I called. This is annoying. As far as I understand, it is out of stock. I hope they fix it.

The color was completely wrong
The color was completely wrong, nothing like the mockup. When we contacted Zebra Pack, the response we were given was that there were inevitably color variations based on printin on poly bubble mailers. I give it 2 stars because of the disposition to solve the problem. However, it is unfortunate that as a client we were not warned or notified prior to printing these of possible color issues. We should have received proof to approve, were we could consciously decide if the color variation was acceptable or not. In this case it is a completely waste of our money, we cannot use.
