I ordered two bras because it said I could return them within 30 days. I received my bras and have no idea how to return them. I came in an envelope with no paperwork. I’ve tried to contact the company. I’ve heard Nothing I should not have trusted the company

I wish I knew about website before buying anything. I will going forward from now on. These Bras are not what they read on website and the cup is like a A cup not B, C or D. Cup. I went to request the refund less Shipping & Handling and they offer $8 instead when I paid $10.99 on my receipt for Shipping and Handling. Where do they get off saying it would cost me $50-$80 to mail back to China. the Shipping label had another label put on top of the original label and it reads a California return address. My credit card company where I disputed this charge advise me to mail back to the return address in California. I will get my $57 credited back to my credit card and will post on social media what a joke this company is. Any reviews you read are fake. On Zekear website today and it reads ( I printed it out) Shipping policy. It reads countries and China is not listed. In refund it reads less Shipping & Handling. My credit cards reads Theorbi not Zekear. This is not a reputable company at all. I will be posting on social media as people need to know & beware. I don’t want anyone to go through what many of us have been through with Zekear. As of today 10/21/24 they have two offers to settle this return refund. $20 now $30. My credit card company is handling this. I will get my $59 full refund.

This is the worst bra EVER. I ordered XL and it's nothing but an A cup with wider band. All the good reviews you see on Zekear site are FAKE.

Ordered 2xl bras paid 70 they fit like a medium I ask for instructions to return they offered me 8.00 then said I will have to pay shipping which would be 50.00 - 80.00. What kind of scam is this place. Never buy from this company

I purchased this bra directly from the vendor. BIG mistake. I wish I had used Amazon for a better return/refund experience.

I ordered an XL. The bra fit fine around my chest but the cups were like an A size. I realize this bra isn't cup size specific but shouldn't an XL go up in cup as well as lengthen around the chest? It's awful! If you need an XL and you have A cups, you probably don't need a bra at all.

To make it worse, when I asked for a return/refund I was told shipping was my responsibility and to China we're talking $50-60 so instead they would offer me $8. $8 of the $57 I spent!

This didn't fit me right but I will also say, there is no way this is a push-up bra for anyone. The materials were comfortable because it is extremely stretchy, so no way it was supporting enough to lift.

Scammers. Run. Paid money and goods not arriving. Read the other reviews.

I came upon the titled article via a pop-up ad disguised by “Health Digest”, but with a web address at the bottom of the page “topchicdeals.com”-title stated “Why Gynecologists Recommend This Anti-Sagging, Comfortable, And Seamless Bra That Revolutionized How Women Take Care Of Their Breast Health”.
From the pop-up ad, to claiming the article was written by a health digest blog, and lastly an irrelevant add webpage address, I foolishly followed the red flags one after another out of desperation for THIS bra, suffering from daily upper back pain while on my feet working as an inpatient ICU nurse. The photo of the bra looked perfect(when you know, you know…and as quickly as I just wrote that I took it back-def judged a book by its cover). Seamless bra with both under and side support, wide straps, inner rubber lining to keep in place…perfect! Except yeah freaking right. Ordered my size in black, received NOT my size and NOT black but beige. I had no interest in trying it on based on the size shown on the tag but gave it a whirl. This bra fit like a pair of loose boxers on a guy who later suffered from sagging stretched out ball sacks due to lack of support. Shipped from Cali, return address China. Do yourself a favor and if you haven’t already done this recently; go to Nordstrom for example, or a reputable department store, get a proper bra fitting, let the pro’s take it from there. EVEN for a sports bra, it makes a difference. Priced at $50 for one of these useless slingshots is ridiculous, I’ve found better sport bras at discount clothing stores like Ross, TJ Maxx, Marshall…Nordstrom Rack is even a hit and at a discount with quality items. My reasoning? Innocent bystander reading the latest article on the chemical plant explosion in ATL, scrolled down to next paragraph and boom…do I need a new supportive sports bra? Yes. Did I need to buy it after hours while scrolling through my phone in bed off of impulse? No. Did I want to ? Yes and that’s what these dang pop-ups do. I can’t be mad at it, I fell for what I mostly knew was a crock of cheap crap with a liiiittle glimmer of hope it might work out. After reading other reviews I won’t waste more time requesting a refund, lost cause. As dreadful as in person bra shopping can be, tomorrow is my day off and I’m going. Side note in thought of unbiased: let’s say this bra did or does work for other purchasers; first few wears might work out unless it loses elasticity first but if it doesn’t…one good wash and hang dry? It’ll be as good as a decade old bath towel shred to bits that can’t even serve as being cut up in to mini wipe down hand towels for cleaning.
I won’t hope this review helps, I know it will. On that, I’ve read reviews stating their sizes varying from mid-C’s(Medium) to mid/double D’s(med/large depending on how much stability is needed) all the way to sizes E, F and above (XXL, XXXL). I’m a size large/XL…point being no matter the size, how much boob weight needs support, smaller to larger, the reviews all say the same-not supportive, rubber lining is a joke, and one star reviews only because zero star is not an option.

Beware!! Do not purchase anything from this company. The product is crap, that is nothing like it is described or advertised. In addition, the return policy is ridiculous. You will have to pay, out of pocket, for shipping back to China for refund, IF they accept it. Nothing but a scam.

I purchased 2 bras that did not fit. T even though the return address on the package came from California, in order to return them for a refund they had to be sent back to their warehouse which was in CHINA! The cost to mail them back was almost as much as the cost of the items! I am donating them to a women’s shelter!

If possible the rating would be minus 5.
BUYER BEWARE - you order an item that turns out to be a joke - junk. You request to return, they offer $8 refund and keep. You reject then they offer $15 and you keep. If you insist on returning you are given an address in CHINA -"no US address available". USPS, UPS are bother ridiculous charges to return. You have no alternative but to keep their inferior product and accept their small return allowance.

I am leaving a one star review only because I can't leave no stars. This company is a scam. Not in the sense they don't deliver the product but because its cheap and only worth going straight to the garbage can. You cant return it because you have to pay the return shipping. In my case to get $120 refund I had to pay $80 for shipping. NOT...

Goods badly packaged and damaged in transport. Initially offered $8 compensation, but when I asked for a replacement or refund $15 was offered or a replacement if I paid the cost of returning to China estimated as $50 ~ $80. The delivery company was Yodel who insist I contact the supplier if the goods are faulty or damaged.
Unfortunately I did not realise I had ordered via Zekear until the payment appeared on my credit card statement. All previous dealings had been with libiyi.com obviously a front to disguise who I was really dealing with.

I ordered the shoes and unfortunately they were not suitable for me as i decided i would need something more supportive for my arthritis. I contacted the company and they refunded the money directly back to me with no quibbles and even told me to keep the item also, i was absolutely amazed at the brilliant way i was treated as a customer, big thanks to this company

Only giving a star because I have to!!! I ordered the sandals back in early March. I still haven’t received them and I have no way of getting in touch with the company!!! Big scam. I paid over a 100.00 for this shoes!!!! It was on AOL???

Ordered Dotmalls orthopedic sandals. Received no name knockoffs from a Florida address. Offered $15 to keep the sandals which were in European sizes and not from the USA. I contacted my credit card company and started a dispute with the Zekear company. The cc company is contacting the merchant to resolve this dispute. This company is showing up on internet as a scam company who is falsifying photos from original Dotmalls.

Ordered 2 “physician designed” bras on 3/31/24. Came from Chinese company affiliate (looks like) on west coast without receipt on 4/11/24. Merchandise flimsy as thin rubber and poorly made; labeled 3X size which not ordered. No receipt included. Called telephone number on Credit Card charge. “Customer Service” closed and stated hours. Will return call tomorrow and hope a return address. Either way, it’s a scam. Should have known.

I should’ve known better. I did know better, but they looked so good in the picture that I ordered the shoes anyway and spent $50 on a sham. I got the shoes, but they look nothing like the picture, there’s no support, which was the reason I bought them,and they’re just ugly. I won’t bother trying to send them back because I know it will cost me more in the long run after reading everyone else’s reviews. Wish I had read the reviews before I pressed purchase!

I purchased a pair of shoes and they were too short I paid 56.00 and told me they would refund me 8. Since it would cost 50 + to return.
Like the rest of you folks we all got screwed over I’m checking into a complaint agency that deals with this one every thing coming from china. SHEIN and Tami have very good return policy and carry same type products.

I ordered a small heater for $59.98. The company had a U. S address. I was surprised when the product was shipped from China. The heater would not heat. It only blew out cool air. I contacted the company for a refund. They said I had to return it to China at a cost that was over double the cost of the heater or do as they recommended, accept $18.00 to just keep it. When it made no sense to pay more than it cost to send it back I accepted the $18.00. In my reading reviews of this company after my experience, I see where many others had this same outcome. It's obvious what kind of company this is.
