I used Zenco to assist me with drawing up LPA's for my husband and I. From the outset, the staff member I dealt with was patient and professional. He went out of his way to assure me that Zenco were there to help in every possible way to make the whole process easy and streamlined. Nothing was too much trouble, and his patience did not wear thin, despite my numerous phone calls for help! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professionalism and efficiency in drawing up legal documents.

Clear contact and instructions at a greatly reduced price. I had intended to set up POA'S for some years and saw Zenco on Facebook but was initially sceptical. I started completing the forms online but hesitated. The agent text and rang me which pushed me to respond and after a thorough explanation and all questions answered I proceeded. The papers came quickly with very clear instructions. Once signed and witnessed I returned them and again communication by email was good and my papers have now been sent to The Office of the Public Guardian. The fees to Zenco were a fraction of the solicitors quote. Once The OPG contact me for payment directly to them for registration all will be completed and we will have peace of mind. Happy to recommend Zenco.

It was extremely easy and I hope I have done everything correctly as I was responsible but did it with my husband and children. You are correct it didn’t take long and wasn’t nearly as difficult as I thought. However I’m still anxious in case I haven’t totally done everything correctly. The proof will be when I get it endorsed. Up to the speedy receiving of the documents which arrived within 2 days I cannot complain. I now have to do the next stage accurately in order to complete the transaction,

The addvert for this service is misleading, I thought I was getting everything done for the charges, turns out all they do is check what you have imputed online then print and send it out back to you, then you have to post it to the Office of public guardian.
The office of public guardian then charges you £92 per LPA.
It can be done directly on the government website filling in the same forms that Zenco supplies online.
Save yourself being charged double, do it yourself on the government site.
Only left one star because there isn't an option for zero.

Everything was free of stress. No problems at all. Every question was answered by kind, pleasant staff 5 stars to Matthew and Kevin.

Thorough and good guidance for filling in the forms. I found it easy to fill in with the stickers indicating which person to sign and where witness needed to sign.

The whole process from start to finish was easy to complete. Instructions are very clear and guide you through stage by stage.
Probably took at the very most, twenty to twenty five minutes. Thank you Zenco.
