Ive used Zenco for my late husband POA, and found the process very easy hence why im using Zenco for myself

Starting the process on-line and until getting the documents with 3 days . Completing the finale which were clearly identified with coloured sticker tabs made every part so easy and smooth.

Finally to test out a customer service I called and was amazed with the lady who ran through what I had to do next with pure efficiency.

Following my poorly rated review was contacted by Zenco who have reviewed documentation and organised 24 hour delivery.
Having their attention drawn to their failings, immediate steps were taken to remedy situation.

There Ad on the Website stated that it would only cost
£99 each for Power of Attorney, I paid them £198. yesterday 29/09/26 for Finance and Health POA, got Emailed saying that I had only paid for the registration fee and not the Power of Attorney, got in touch with my Credit Card Company to cancel payment, they informed me to get in touch with Zenco, first of all sent an Email, and then phoned, them, and demanded they return my money, after a brief argument they said they would deduct £24. from the £198, for the paperwork and would refund the rest. As someone else has stated on hear, I would give this company a minus if I could, do not be misled by their Ad, and do not use this company at all.
