Zenivita deserves no more than one star.
I bought 2 N90 masks from Zenivta. The first one was fine. The strap on the 2nd one broke the very first time I put it on. I contacted Zenivita and they said they would send me a new one right away and would provide me the tracking number. When I asked a few days later if they had sent it yet, they told me they will send it regular mail and that I could expect to receive it in 2 to 3 weeks. Not sure how that would help me if I needed it right then, but I said OK. After a month went by I asked them again if they had really mailed it or just said that they did. They insisted that they did so I waited. It has now been more than 2 months. Now when I ask them what happened to my replacement mask, they just ignore me. No more replies. They are just hoping I will go away. I have been asking them for weeks where is my mask that I paid for but sadly no more replies from Zenivita. If yo u buy a mask from them, better hope it doesn't break because if it does, they will just give you the run around and they will not replace it if it is defective, even if it breaks the very first time you put it on, like with me.
