Terrible company
Terrible company. They had a promotion that was "deposit £10 and get 200 free spins" so I took up the promotion and made £11 on it. I withdrew all my money which was £21.12. I waited a day for the money but instead I received an email from zingo saying that I had violated the fair play rules because I didn't spend my deposit. Baring in mind that the promotion was only a deposit only promotion and not a deposit and spend. If you use this site you will constantly be punished for their mistakes as they never know how to do their jobs with promotions.

Hi Cameron,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience.
We would like to clarify that your withdrawal has been processed and paid in full.
Regarding the promotion, while it was a deposit-based offer, our terms and policies clearly state that deposits made solely to access rewards, without genuine gameplay using the deposited funds, may be considered a breach of fair play guidelines. Our promotions are intended to be used as part of normal gameplay and not as a way to generate risk-free returns.
We understand this may not have been your expectation, and we appreciate your feedback regarding how promotions are communicated. We will continue working to ensure our terms are as clear and transparent as possible.

mediocre Bingo experience
so far I've found the user interface to be erratic and difficult to use. I also was told I'd been granted 360 free tickets and found they were inaccessible or not there at all.
The platform and the bingo would be okay if they got all these things sorted out.
I've messaged customer services but I haven't heard back a peep.
Update: Zingo replied stating my account is restricted from receiving rewards. However, my account shows the promotion as completed and the 360 tickets as received after I met the requirements. If my account was restricted, the bonus should not have been awarded in the first place. I’ve also contacted support directly and haven’t received a response.
Rating reduced to reflect the lack of resolution or clear communication.

Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague. I deposited £10, but wasn't convinced the bonus T&Cs were clear. So i decided to withdraw, however the minimum amount withdrawal amount is £20. So I deposited more, then went to withdraw. They blocked it and kept my money. I tried the online chat, which took a long time time to get to a human. However customer services couldn't return my money either. Emailed them, and they replied saying they were keeping my money because of their gambling responsibility to me. Asked me questions to justify why i wantedy money. I had to threaten the Gambling Commission. Finally got my money back. I'm certain they are hoping people with less perseverance just give up.

Hey Richard,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
We are sorry to hear that the process caused frustration and did not meet your expectations. Please allow us to clarify that the minimum withdrawal amount is outlined within our policies. However, if you wish to withdraw a smaller balance, our customer support team can assist with processing such requests manually.
In your case, after an additional deposit was made, certain checks were required in line with our regulatory and responsible gaming obligations. These checks may include asking further questions before processing a withdrawal request. We appreciate your patience during this process and are glad to confirm that your withdrawal was ultimately completed.
Your feedback regarding clarity and response times is important to us, and we will take it into consideration to improve our services.

Straight up scam. Just want to take your money.
Straight up scam.
Minimum deposit is £10 whilst minimal withdrawal is £20.
This is a dirty site meant to take blatant advantage of gambling addicts.
Having to double your deposit through spins to withdraw is the sign of an awful casino site. Should not have signed up with these.

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback.
We would like to clarify that we are a licensed operator, and all our services operate in line with regulatory requirements.
Regarding withdrawals, while the standard minimum withdrawal amount is £20, customers are able to request a withdrawal of a lower amount at any time by contacting customer support and requesting a refund of their available balance.
We also take responsible gaming very seriously and have measures in place to help prevent and mitigate gambling-related harm. Our aim is to provide a fair and safe environment for all customers.

Hey Jade,
Thank you for your review.
Regarding promotions, you can claim available offers through the “Daily Picks” section in your account, where both free and deposit-based rewards may be provided.
As for gameplay results, please note that all games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. This means outcomes are entirely based on luck and cannot be influenced.
We understand that this can sometimes feel frustrating, and we appreciate your feedback. If you would like us to review your available offers or provide further guidance, please let us know.

Hey Janet,
We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration regarding bonuses.
After reviewing your account, we can see that you have been manually editing the bonus code field during your deposits. Unfortunately, this is not the correct way to claim available offers, which is why the bonuses have not been applied to your account.
To successfully claim a bonus, please follow the correct process:
- Before making a deposit, navigate to the “Daily Picks” section.
- Select the offer you wish to participate in.
Proceed with the deposit directly through that offer.
By following these steps, the system will correctly register and apply the bonus to your account.
We hope this clarifies the situation and helps you enjoy the available promotions moving forward. If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

Hi Lewis,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We are sorry to hear that your experience has been disappointing and that you feel the games are not providing rewarding outcomes. We completely understand how frustrating this can be.
Please note that all of our games operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that every spin or round is entirely random and based purely on luck, meaning that outcomes cannot be influenced or predicted. While this guarantees fairness, it can also result in periods where wins or bonus features may not occur as often as expected.
We truly value your feedback and will ensure that your concerns are shared with the relevant team. If you would like us to review your gameplay in more detail or provide further clarification, please feel free to reach out.
