Zombie Vapes Avis 

Product is great, however support for issues is seemingly non-existant.

I have used zombie vapes liquid for years since it was an ebay store their prices, variety and delivery time is great, its one of the best vape liquids ive used (exept their mango flavours they taste like plastic) however multiple times i have had items missing and got no reply from support, thankfully they did arrive seperatly a week or so later. I have also once recieved someone elses order as well as mine and got no reply, so i have no idea if that customer got their order replaced or refunded.

So while i would (and have) recommend them, if you have an issue you've only got the hope that they've noticed the issue themselves as a solution.

Im actually disgusted with this company. I placed an order 3 days ago, its still saying unfulfilled on my account. I have emailed them yesterday and this morning and no reply, I have also sent a message on their Instagram, still no reply. And phoned their number that they provided on Facebook and the man that answered said sorry wrong number and hung up on me. I now have to wait 15 days before my bank will let me report an issue. Im seriously not happy and I will be passing this over to Trading standards as I believe this is a scam. And a rogue Traider

This is a shameful family fraud being run by some thugs. I paid for 48 hour delivery and have got nothing after 15 days.
Have raised the matter to the bank but am not hopeful

Seller deleted my review AND BLOCKED ME on their WhatsApp how disgusting! I told the seller I selected the wrong address the seller ignored every single one of my messages DECLINED MY CANCELLATION EVEN THO HE HAD NOT SENT IT 🤢🤢🤢 (THIS IS THE SECOND TIME) i told the pervert it was a minors house that I accidentally put in and he continued to send it their so now I Have no flipping vape and CANT GET MY MONEY BACK DISGUSTING COMPANY.

Placed 3 order and never completed any of them no phone numbers bounced emails DONT send them your money totally disgusting service nonexistent! Had to go through my bank for a refund. Shame I’ve used zombie vapes for 3 years never a problem before but never again

Was delivered within 24 hours using 1st class mail. Big order but also given some freebies which was much appreciated.

AVOID! Absolutely terrible service and don’t expect to speak to anyone about any issues with your order. The items I ordered took over a week to actually arrive and that was after sending numerous texts (emails get returned!) and upon arrival they had sent incorrect items so I asked for an exchange/ replacement and have heard nothing so will never use again and written the money off as clearly will not be getting a reply. Do not use this company!
