Scam company, never dispatched the item. I asked to cancel and refund. Ruth then said it had been dispatched. Still waiting after six weeks and not received and she will not refund.
Do not go near these scammers!
Company seems to be posting photos from other companies/websites and I was disappointed with the quality. Customer service is terrible and was making me jump through hoops to try to send back and then they went silent.I contacted them within the 7 day return period but I still have the terrible merchandise. My next stop is with my card company.

Item not as shown, 1/4 the size Christmas wreath. I replied to the Ruth Tate at whyspots when she asked if I was happy with the purchase, and that led to over 10 days of back and forth emails where she was great at giving lip service. Finally the offer to refund full price after I shipped the wreath back to them. No return address.
I’ll save my online shopping for Amazon!
Bought some christmas wreaths that looked great in the photo but actual product is very cheap looking. Tried to return but was only offer 1/3 of the cost unless fully returned to an address in China & I'd have to pay shipping. That won't be worth my time. Don't trust their products. I wish I would have read these reviews first before making a purchase
I ordered what I thought was a beautiful Christmas wreath I saw on Pintrest. What a scam. The wreath I received was about 1/8 the size shown in the picture. It was not dried ivy vine as shown in picture, ribbon was thin and one- sided. But the worst was the bells on the wreath. Pictured they were like brass cow bells…3 of them hanging from the center of the wreath. What I got were 3 tiny bells that were gold colored plastic. I see that they are still showing the picture of the large, beautiful wreath on Pintrest!!! This is a total scam!!!
Why is there no feedback from Wyhsports when there is a negative review? It would be nice to see a response to see that they want to get each sale right.
I ordered a jumpsuit and got a completely different one. Client support is not helpful. Either I get no answer at all or I get an answer that doesn't match my question.
The jumpsuit is useless for me and my money is gone. Worst shopping experience.

This company sells cheap clothing. Don't ever buy any clothing from them. The photo does not represent the actual products.
I am extremely satisfied with the customer service of wyhsports.com. Despite contacting them after the return window, they promptly responded and provided a full refund, even though I didn’t request it. This demonstrates their care for customers and their dedication to high-quality brands. Their design and quality are also excellent, and although I didn’t like the color, overall I have a great impression of them.
