MAJOR SCAM!!! Don't waste your money! Several online ads saying they would match any deposit 100% up to $2000 with only a 1X playthrough to release the funds. Plus their own site saying the same thing- after signing up as a new player, get 100% deposit matches. So I deposited $200, expecting to see an immediate balance of $400.
First off, they didn't match it up front, as advertised, which IS NOT clear in their endless ramblings of "rules." Plus, I didnt even have access to my own $200 to withdraw if I wanted to. It was 'restricted.' So moving on, I just assumed that I need to bet the 1X amount first. Okay, no problem. Roughly $1700 worth of bets later, I finally contact customer support to ask where my $200 match was. They then proceeded to tell me that it WASN'T a 1X wager playthrough, but rather a 10X wager playthrough, meaning now that I was expected to bet $2,000 in order to get my $200 match 😐. And to make it even more interesting, the roulette game I was playing only counted 20% of each wager. So if I bet $1, only .20 cents was going towards the match. So after several hours, and $1700 wagered, I had only earned a little over $300 towards the now $2000 they required.
When showing them proof (screenshots) of the online advertising, I was told that wasn't them. They didn't advertise that. Nothing but a complete scam. Stay far far far away.

Wynnbet sent me an email telling me I had $55 in credits since I hadn't played there in a while and logged into my app and there were no credits. When I reached out to support they told me to send a screenshot of my email and then told me the email was sent my mistake and I wasn't on their list of people to get the email. These emails seem to be sent out to lure people in and they don't do anything to make up for it. Several online casinos are doing this but other casinos actually have credited the customers something for the error. But Wynnbet does not. I will not ever deposit there until they actually can make this right.

Deposited in NJ for the $1,000 match, wagered through the wagering requirements + several thousand more. Requested a withdrawal, and it has been more than 3 weeks with no response from them other than to give them 3 months of my Paypal statements, 3 months of bank records, a selfie with my ID and more. WynnBET Massachusetts has no sense of decency. First, they penalize me for cashing out what I was made to believe was a $50 bet of my own cash. I find out later that it was bonus cash, and they then tried to claw back the funds unethically. Only after mentioning that I had a case for services not provided with my bank did they back off and make things right.

Fast forward 1 day. I place a bet using the credit I got only to find out that the player I bet on to hit a home run was held out of the lineup. Now, normally any bets are returned in these situations but not here. They refuse to properly handle the bet and give back the credit.
