I've used many books and this is my first horrible experience. I placed a wager for a unit (1 Unit is %99 of my wagers). Do not use X-bet. They've scammed me out of my deposit after using their deposit bonus. Their 'risk department' decided to lock my account for fraud despite my payment coming from my verified Skrill account that is in my name. As we all know Skrill transactions can't be reversed, so they decided to secure themself the bag and just lock my account. Not only that, but while I was actually using the site to play, the "Left to wager" counter kept resetting, so I would never be able to hit the target amount. Can't stress this enough: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

I deposit here 2 times in september. One time I'm verificated myself. I made about 15-20 bet, and after I didn't log in my account, and didn't see my e-mail for 2 months. I used a new e-mail for them, not my business mail.

They send me an email in oktober, that I have to make a video verification. After 2-4 days they send a new mail, I have to do the verification within 3 days. I saw it december, and I sent my skype ID.

They locked my account, because I didn't answer their e-mail within 1 week. I read the General Terms and Conditions, and nowhere this information, so they do this just for my money ( i deposited 700 euro).

They didn't answer my e-mail. I wrote to the live support, she said I am a fraud, because I didnt answer their e-mail within 7 days. I asked her which rules include it, but just say she couldn't tell more. And she said I have to write an e-mail.

It is annoying, because after this speaking I don't see the live support opportunity in their website. I asked my friend see their website another IP address.. Surpise,surprise m.therf.cker, he see the online chat opportunity.

So pretty much im being accused of using third party programs to gain advantage or either multiaccount which is not the case. They are not answering to my e-mails and seems like they have disabled live support function when I visit their website. Pretty much this is a soft bookie who has no real traffic so they have to defraud bettors who know what they are doing. They also have a very strange live markets, where they sometimes close the odds until the game ends because the betting limit for all users combined is reached.
TLDR, do not even deposit to this website unless you want to lose money.
Also their contact mobile number they advertise on their site is not functional so I have no way to contact them at this point.
