it’s hard to get assistance but they are very active promoting no response since december. followed the article in help center but I cant fix the problem about license keys.

Paid subscription but service unusable – no response from support

I paid for a subscription, but due to an error on their side, my account is still treated as a trial, which makes the bot unusable.

Despite the paid plan clearly including access to strategies, these features remain restricted. I contacted support, but received no response, no confirmation of payment processing, and no acknowledgment that the issue is being handled.

At this point, I have paid for a service that I cannot use. Very disappointing experience with both the system and customer support.

Don't waste your time

I went for the free trial option luckily for me. It never traded once in the 15 days I have it so I am unable to comment on it's performance. Support is non existent. I never got one response .

Complaint !!!

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the current level of support being provided.

Over recent interactions, I have experienced repeated delays, insufficient responses, and a general lack of effective assistance. This has caused unnecessary frustration and has impacted my ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.

While I understand that workloads and constraints may exist, the level of support received falls short of what is reasonably expected. Clear communication, timely follow-ups, and effective resolution are essential, and unfortunately these have been lacking.

I would appreciate this matter being reviewed as a priority and would welcome clarity on what steps will be taken to improve the support going forward.

Bad CS Experience

I’m disappointed that I have to update my review again, but this seems to be the only way to receive a response from the customer support team.

I previously emailed to ask for advice and recommendations on how to configure the bot to achieve the type of returns I’m targeting, within the capital size, drawdown limits, and risk levels I am comfortable with. Unfortunately, I have not received any meaningful guidance so far.

While the returns themselves have been decent, the level of customer support has been very minimal. I hope the team can improve their responsiveness and provide clearer assistance to users who are trying to scale responsibly.
