I sent my ID and proof of address documents to verify my account and be able to deposit, they accepted and allowed me to deposit and bet

I won 220 dollars from betting on greyhounds/horse racing and they locked me out of the account and refused to tell me what was wrong - i had already verified my account before being able to deposit

A unredacted copy of your bank statements and/or account statements from other payment method showing all deposits to your betting account over the last 6 months, or if the betting account has been opened for less than 6 months then from the date the account was opened. These documents must be correctly certified by a JP, C Dec or legal practitioner.
The attached statutory declaration completed and witnessed strictly in accordance with the instructions on the statutory declaration.

Similar to others, they were fine with everything until I wanted to withdraw. Claimed I needed to meet further turnover requirements (so I did), then when i tried to withdraw again I had to prove identitiy with a stat dec, id photos and even a picture of me holding ID infront of a street sign.

Once I'd done that I was now tagged as using my account to assist someone who had previously been banned. No proof provided, no chance to prove otherwise, just an email to say they were returning my $250 deposit and keeping my $750 in winnings.

The whole episode has felt like they've bullied me as a female, directed me to the authorities with comments like "if you want proof, make a complaint to authorities and then we'll provide it to them.

A well known little bookmaker who stand behind their T&Cs and the poor regulation of such in Australia to not have to pay out customers.

I deposited last night, won some money & attempted withdraw the same night - woke up this morning with the money back in my account; i thought "here we go" but I went to live chat, and had to put in a different bank account and they paid me instantly. Will probably use again.

I strongly advise anyone considering using XBET to think twice.

My experience has been extremely frustrating and feels completely unfair. They had no problem accepting my deposits and letting me place bets, but as soon as I actually won and became eligible to withdraw my funds, my account was suddenly locked.

Since then, I’ve tried multiple times to contact their support team, but all I receive are automated responses that don’t address my situation at all. They keep claiming I haven’t met the deposit match terms and conditions, which is simply not true. I’ve reviewed the requirements carefully and I’m confident I met them.

The timing is very suspicious — everything was fine until I tried to withdraw my winnings.

At this point, it feels like they are deliberately avoiding paying out. Locking accounts and hiding behind vague or misleading terms after a win is not acceptable.

I would not recommend this platform to anyone based on my experience. If you do use it, be very cautious — especially when it comes to bonuses and withdrawals.

Total scammers, especially with their deposit matches. They don't like when you win off them, even when you have met betting stipulations. They give you fake responses and rules that don't even relate to your account when questioned. If you ask too many questions they close your account and ask for silly amounts I.D signed by a JP. They have no phone number either so you can't talk to anyone. Stick with your large companies like Ladbrokes, Sportsbet or TAB.
