What happened to the old nzgameshop? It use to be a great place to shop and now it seems like a scam headquarters.

Do yourself a favour and stay away from this rabble!

Tragic. I ordered an item advertised on their website, paid for it and received an email saying they didn't have it and they would give my money back. Unfortunately, and i'm sure coincidentally, my paypal was hacked immediately after this interaction with them, and it had to be closed. They claim they refunded the item to the closed paypal account and that it is now my problem.

Avoid at all costs.

Xbite ltd run 365gaming.co.uk, avoid at all costs. Don't respond to refund requests and take almost 3 weeks to dispatch a game.

My Husband bought 3 x Schmidt jigsaw puzzles for Christmas, one puzzle has a piece missing.Customer services wrapped themselves up with Red tape and legalities, rather than helping with good quality customer service. Other jigsaw puzzle companies are excellent with dealing with this sort of thing straight away, but XBite are dreadful. I wouldn't give any stars if I had a choice.

I ordered 2 sets of mugs off these colonial settlers but only one set arrived and seeing all these other reviews I can see they're as bent as a £9 note . So beware of these shyster mafioso company . Disgusting colonial settler company ...AVOID AT ALL COSTS ......

Das Produkt hat nicht so funktioniert wie beschrieben. Wir haben es zurückgesendet und es hieß wir bekommen das Geld zurück. Bis heute kein Geld und keine Antwort mehr. Auf keinen Fall bestellen !!!!

I would rate less than one star if I could. Absolutely terrible customer service almost none existent. Ordered a pack of 30 baubles 3 arrived after 2 weeks of waiting, gifted the three as intended (worst gift ever). Finally someone gets back to my query for the missing 27 items to ask for a picture? I messaged on Facebook, called to be cut off 3 times and emailed twice.
Worst company ever, do not use.

Monday, Order confirmed, money drowned, then cancelled. Thursday, then confirmed again, then to be cancelled again and then suddenly on its way. And my money ??? Gone !! For now xbite & fruugo

In New Zealand, Xbite go by the name NZgameshop - they have failed to deliver 2 orders, Their Facebook page is full of similar stories from other customers - avoid

Ordered a poached egg cooker, all dented, the lid I cannot use as the handle is all cracked, it was sent to Spain in a paper bag, what do you expect!!! SHOCKING!!!

Ich habe bei Xbite ein Geschenkset mit Gläsern bestellt. Das Set kam zwar an, aber mit Gläsern die beschlagen sind! Ausserdem war die Verpackung beschädigt. Tolles Geschenkset!

Waited almost 2 months with no item delivered and still no refund!!!!!!! TERRIBLE customer service!!!

I tried to get a return . I got an answer saying they accepted the return.
Yet, the return process and the return form never arrived.
I am not talking about the refund...
For me bad experience : You need to avoid !

I purchased an item from them. I've never recieved it I was also refused a refund. Very poor customer service. I don't recommend them.

Xbite gives shipping responsibility to Shop4.ch.
My order was on 16 Sept 2020. NO Tracking Available! Item was shipped on 23 Sept. (5 days to process and ship - too slow. Banggood has same day shipping but didn't have my product this time). Shop4.ch indicates a 7 day wait after item is shipped. That would bring us to 4 November. Now they indicate a 15 day wait before contacting them about items not received. That would bring us to 23 November. I needed that item for a wedding tomorrow, 30 October 2020.
