4 stars just for a very little shipment delay due to forwarder strikes which despached my order after 10 days but……the product perfect fit and it is top quality and confirmed my choice on Xcel…from 2010! 16 years and I can consider their wetsuits like my second skin in every wheather condition especially in cold surf ( where I use to surf). Every part of wetsuit ( or other ) are very technical detailed and it makes the difference in the water.
Big thanks to Xcel staff who always support in every my question. You are fantastic guys!

Excellent quality wetsuit supported with outstanding customer service. Very fortunate to come across this brand and its been my go to wetsuit ever since.
With the variety of options available, Comp, Comp X , Infiniti etc. Jan in customer service advised on sizing, and type of wetsuit considering location, water temps, style of surfing. Looking forward to trying out the wetsuit. Thanks again guys..

I purchased an Xcel inifinity wetsuit during one of their sales 1 year ago and have been using it at least 2-3 times a month and at the beginning of this year the seam tape started peeling off. I contacted customer support and had a very quick response from Jan who apologized and offered me a brand new wetsuit! I was expecting them to take my wetsuit for repair and replace the tape. Today I received the new wetsuit, the whole process took 7 days, from my first email to receiving the wetsuit. Would definitely recommend.

At first, my order was cancelled because the Neoprene was not in stock. However, they were very kind in finding a solution, which made us very happy. Communication was excellent. The result: a very happy customer. Thank you very much for everything.

Excellent warranty service after faulty wetsuit. A replacement was sent quickly after filling the warranty service report.

I ordered some surfing hoods, from which I chose one and the rest were sent back in order to get a refund. They were sent back 3 weeks ago, on the 11th February (9 days ago) they received the parcel but there is still no refund and they are not responding to emails neither to phone calls. I am seriously starting to wonder what is going on with this company?? Of course I will not be recommending it and not coming back for more shopping. Let´s see if I get my money back which is over 200 euro!

I thought xcel was a good company to get a wetsuit from. I was wrong.

I ordered my first wetsuit one month ago. A few days after placing the order it still hadnt shipped, to which they said it was because they had a mistake in the website where it showed as available and it wasnt, they refunded me and gave me a 40% discount.

I gave another try to order my wetsuit no delivery was ever made, they tried to look like they were trying to help at first, but then they stopped answering my emails for 15 days, I could eventually get in contact with the Xcel's "INTERNATIONAL & EU, SALES & PURCHASING COORDINATOR" and she looked like she was going to help, but also didnt get anything done and ignored my emails. So I had to start a paypal dispute to get my money back.

Terrible experience, do not recommend. If you want to get xcel wetsuit maybe try with the US website or UK and you might get more lucky

Andauernd bekomme ich Rabattcodes geschickt, die NICHT funktionieren.
Weder der Rabatt OHANA15 noch der Rabatt SURF10 funktionieren, obwohl es hier um nicht reduzierte Artikel gegangen ist. Reduzierte Artikel sind vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen.
Leider muss man sich erst im Check-out durchquälen, um das dann festzustellen.
Leider kann man auch telefonisch niemanden erreichen, um darauf hinzuweisen. Nach einer Weile in der Warteschleife wird man einfach darauf verwiesen, dass man außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten anruft. Meine Email wurde auch nicht beantwortet.
Sehr sehr schlechter Kundendienst..........was soll das? 
Ich werde die Firma Xcel in Zukunft meiden.
Am besten nicht dort bestellen. Wenn es nicht passt, hat man ein Problem mit dem Umtausch.

Ich habe im Juni 2025 zwei Wetsuits von Xcel gekauft – für meine Frau und mich.
Leider hat sich bereits nach 1–2 Mal Tragen bei beiden Anzügen die Qualität als sehr schlecht erwiesen: An mehreren Stellen lösen sich die Schweißnähte, sowohl vorne als auch hinten.

Ich habe mich sofort an den Support gewendet, alle geforderten Fotos und Unterlagen eingereicht und mehrfach freundlich nachgehakt.
Seit Wochen kommt keinerlei Rückmeldung – weder eine Lösung noch eine Antwort.

Sehr enttäuschend, sowohl in Bezug auf die Verarbeitungsqualität als auch den Kundenservice.
Von einer Marke wie Xcel hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet.

Having used their wetsuits for many years I returned boardshorts which were of poor quality. They received them requested an invoice which I sent and now it seems they put them in the bin( which considering how poor they were is ok) and don’t reply. They make very good wetsuits- but so do many others- but they treat their customers like sh+t
