Learning through Xenon was an enjoyable and effortless experience. The entire team were supportive and available whenever I needed advice or guidance. They were really good at keeping you focussed without nagging and pressurising you. I would highly recommend Xenon to anyone wishing to do a professional qualification whilst also working full time.

I have just completed my Level 4 IWFM certificate and couldnt be happier. The support I received from Karen and Sue was absolutely brilliant and I have learnt so much along the way. The webinars are great, and combined with the excellent support you get from your tutor and the course materials and additional resources, they really do give you everything you need to be able to achieve!

Distance learning with Xenon enabled me to study at my own pace and fit it in around my current commitments. Sue my tutor was very supportive an always ready to help and give guidance. I found the webinars especially helpful. I would heartly recommend this team for your FM training needs.

Sue has been an amazing assessor; her feedback is very helpful and straight to the point which was very useful.

I undertook the qualify in a week level 4 award and found Xenon's delivery of the in person course to be very good. So, when undertaking the diploma they were the obvious choice, all be it this time it was delivered via distance learning.
The website and material are very good and easy to use. The tutors are quick to respond and offer good advice and support.
If you are motivated and are currently working in, or looking to get into the facilities management industry then this course will develop your skills and give you a real understand of the depth that the industry covers.
If I am to undertake a level 5 then it will most certainly be with Xenon.
