Hace un tiempo se contacto un asesor de Xglobal Fx para abrir un portafolio y llevarlo en conjunto, pero al momento de hacer la transferencia me empezaron a mandar ganancias diarias. Le dije que retiraría mi dinero para verificar la valides de lo que me decía y jamás me volvieron a contestar y mi dinero se perdió.

Our risk management team identified your sole trading strategy was to make risk free profits by hedging the bonus between two accounts. This is considered bonus abuse and is against clause 12 of the general bonus terms here: https://www.xglobalfx.com/general-bonus-terms/
Bonuses are given to provide clients an edge when trading on a speculative basis. We are unable to issue them to provide a risk free method of making money.

We can see you have successfully withdrawn many times. If this issue still exists please contact clientsupport@xglobalfx.com or your relationship manager so we can resolve this. Withdrawals should always be received.
Its a good broker, problem comes when it comes to withdrawals

If KYC documents are out of date we do request up to date documents before processing withdrawals, which is a legal obligation.

Withdrawal requests are typically sent within 24 hours as long as KYC documents are up to date. The time it takes for withdrawals to reach clients accounts can vary depending on the payment processor used. We do have near instant options available like Skrill and Neteller if speed is important.

Then suddenly I just learnt that they require a new proof of residence every 5 months before they will let you withdraw. The only broker in the world....
I have registered with brokers for over 10 years and not once would the ask for new proof of residence each time I needed my money back....
So long story short....they are proving what my peers said about fly by night chance brokers....that cannot be trusted...

I'm sorry you are not satisfied with the service on this occasion. Our firm is regulated in multiple jurisdictions including the EU so we apply due diligence procedures that meet European standards. This includes ensuring our clients have updated documents when performing transactions. We require proof of address documents that are less than 6 months old and identification that is not expired. We have reviewed our back office officers email and we can see he is following company protocol. Your withdrawal will be promptly processed once we receive the requested documentation.

We have reviewed trade execution and liquidity setup with our brokerage team and no changes have taken place recently. Execution should have remained the same fast and accurate performance you initially experienced. If you experienced poor execution during liquid market hours such as during the London or New York sessions we would gladly look into it as the market is liquid and spreads are tight around such hours. If this is the case please email clientsupport@xglobalfx.com with ticket numbers and we would gladly look into it for you. Liquidity does dry up in the interbank market around midnight (server time) as most major banking jurisdictions close then. So if you experienced poor execution or wider spreads around midnight server time this would be the explanation and all brokers and banks are affected.
