Remote fixes done (mostly) right

Aspen did his remote thing, found that BIOS was actually a couple of updates behind and got me back up and running. When the computer restarted he got on the phone to make sure everything went smoothly (which is good because it didnt at first!). Overall, very helpful and had a pretty good idea what was going on throughout the process.

Over the past two years my wife and I have bought 3 computers from these guys totaling just over 7000 dollars. All 3 computers had to be sent back for warranty. That is fine and I understand that things happen. My issue lies in their customer service. Each and every time we have messaged back and forth or had a phone call they acted like they were doing us a huge favor by honoring their own warranty. They acted like they could never give out information, like pulling teeth.
My PC Came Not Working
My pc came not working not the fans or anything I had to make the fans work somehow and the RGB never worked even though I paid a low of extra money for it!
The support team is even worse.

Xidax has been awesome! Not only did they build an awesome pc, but they back it up with their warranty. The moment my pc had an issue they were very helpful with the whole process, unfortunately it needed to be sent in for repair. But they were very fast through the whole process. Aspen from tech support especially helped me through everything getting it up and running again. Absolutely recommend them and their warranty, couldn't be happier with their service!

I got in touch with Aspen at Xidax and they were very helpful with solving the issues i had and even gave me a rundown of what they did to fix it.
1st and last time
DON’T PAY IN FULL. THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOU.
The buying experience was unprofessional and neglectful at a minimum. I’d suggest you take your business elsewhere, with a company who will actually pay attention and listen to you.
If you are paying for the rig in full, be prepared to send a picture of your full ID in email as I had to do this because their system flagged my purchase as ‘something they didn’t like.’ Emailing them about an update does not help you at all as they won’t answer. After a week of waiting for an ‘ok’ from authorize.net, I had been told it was not up to Xidax on this part on the authorisation process. So naturally, I had asked for my order to be cancelled after waiting for a week+. My cancellation request was ignored by my rep, Andrew Leddy, who I’ve been talking throughout from the initial purchase date to cancellation request.
Coincidentally, my order got 'forced' through and approved not even two hours after I had requested them to cancel. I got a confirmation email from them after my initial message. This caused a $-2,400+ bank crisis for me as a full-time student when I had already paid in full from the initial purchase date. This method of forcing the purchase through put a charge on my account twice, holding my other portion of money that I needed. I had to change cards, so the authorisation of this purchase was not approved from me with my new one. I couldn’t use my card for 5 days.
To make matters worse, I received an automated 'shipped' email 24 hours AFTER the PC arrived a day later. I’ve reached out to the support team with zero response for nearly a week now.
5 stars for the PC, 1 star for the stress and lack of communication. I’d review lower if I could. If you're a student making a big investment with this company and website for your schoolwork, be wary of their billing department. Genuinely go somewhere else for your sake.

Worked with Aspen to get my new PC
Worked with Aspen to get my new PC set up. Super patient, knowledgeable and efficient. This is my 5th Xidax computer and I will never buy from another company - mostly because of the amazing support the Xidax team offers. Top notch hardware is great but we all know complex software issues or “unsolvables” become a huge headache with bad customer service. That will never happen with Xidax.

I bought my computer back in December 2025, considering when I bought I got it pretty good time. Fast forward to today one of my cooling fans was making a noise and Aspen Y. Was very helpful in troubleshooting over the phone to fix the problem. Turned out the sticker was coming off and was rubbing the bottom of the case. Thank you Aspen Y. For the help. Will buy again from Xidax

The company has made me very happy they built me my dream pc and with the help of Andrew leddy with the build ideas and checking what I wanted making sure it would mesh good and aspen and Elijah they have ran me through some things I was not quite sure about doing and some hiccups I ran into backing up from my pc and helping me figure out how to fix it and any technical questions have been answered with good understandable detail I appreciate the whole team and think they are doing a great job I will always recommend anyone to chose a Xidax pc. Great job guys I appreciate everything more than you know.
