one of the best hosting providers, super chill and supportive staff . so far i faced almost no problem . they provide a ton of good suggestions further about servers and services you have. i have tried almost all plans provided by xitenotes and yes all are perfectly priced for the service they provide . i highly recommand you all to atleast try xitenodes once ,

No lag, No ping issue, staff very helpful
Tried the hosting for the first time, excellent ping and no lag, yes chunk loads were slow but it got solved automatically after some time. Uptime is very good 👍 also staff was very nice gave instant support!
Not sure what issues other are facing, but if you are thinking to buy a server from XiteNodes i would recommend you to get one surely!

best support staff although server was having problem at starting but they fixed in 12 hours and they were talking with me very politely

Hellarious staff support. Ded as hell staff. no support and contact from staff at all
I had brought the grinding plan for minecraft hosting, after 1 or 2 hrs there hosting went down for hours and when i created support ticked there was really no reply from staff at all, these people took 3 days to reply to my message and the thing they did in end it to shift my data to other node from creeper to in2. They say that there servers are 24/7 online but its not its only 3/4 of the time online and the web panel is only half time online rest of the it keeps showing error and nothing else.
After 1 or 2 days with low uptime i dont know wht kind of data pack got added to my world folder by which server was not starting. I asked them to help me out from past 3 day they are helpless and dont even repond to my messages. i highly suggest not to waste ur money here instead you could try something else

This review mixes together infrastructure issues, unmanaged server administration, and personal expectations in a misleading way.
Yes, there was an issue affecting one of the nodes at the time, and to maintain service continuity we proactively migrated affected services to another node without data loss. Infrastructure migrations performed to preserve uptime are part of normal hosting operations and are not evidence of “fake uptime claims.”
Regarding the datapack issue — your server began crashing due to content and modifications added within your own world/server files. We provide unmanaged game hosting services, not managed development or plugin/datapack debugging. Under our policies, we cannot directly alter or modify customer data without authorization.
Support guidance and troubleshooting suggestions were provided, which is the extent of support included under unmanaged hosting plans.
Claims such as “only 3/4 uptime” and “panel only half online” are heavily exaggerated and do not reflect actual monitored service availability.
We understand frustration caused by node instability, which is precisely why corrective actions and migrations were performed. However, issues caused by custom datapacks or server-side modifications are outside the scope of unmanaged hosting support.
