Usually great service ordering here but received a broken product from the mail after the most recent purchase and informed them via email, was told I'd be sent a replacement yet never got it

Faulty vapes
I bought a vape for 25€ and after very minimal use, it’s already stopped working completely. I reached out to customer support to resolve the issue, but I’ve been ignored, which is really disappointing. I expected a lot more from this product and company, especially for the price.

Since that day we didn't get any respond or contact from you, so we presume it was all good and you were able to resolve the problem.
Please note HHC vapes has the oil which sometimes can get hard and block the air way and there is a steps of how to sort this and get back working.
Today after we call your number to resolve this issue and to offer you a replacement or refund, you didn't want to talk to us and you just hang up your phone.
Please note we are taking very carefully individual customers queries and if customer not happy with our products or if the products are faulty we are always open to offer a replacement or to issue the refund.

Hi, thanks for your review, we have sent you many emails regarding your order, but got no response from you.
Since you ordered to UK and it's not in Europe, it takes more time to reach you than to be for Europe country, we had internal problems with our courier company and couldn't shipped on the same day and we tried to explain you this.
Your order is shipped and I believe it will be delivered 8th of November.
We have made a phone call today to you to resolve this matter and offer you a refund for a part of your order for the inconvenience caused, but I couldn't talk over you as you were just screaming and wouldn't allow me to talk and then you hand up on me. We are sorry that it took longer than expected for your parcel to reach you.

When in Ireland I fell in love with some vape flavors which I could find nowhere in Italy and finally somebody ships them in all EU.
I placed an order which was shipped literally the same afternoon, I forgot to create the account and the following days the customer service replied to me in minutes with tracking number. Landed safe and sound with a small appreciated treat inside :)
