Xonos.Host Avis 35

Ben (The owner of Xonos.Host) said he would make us a website with hosting. However, he took ages to respond and barely gave any updates or communication, but he happily took my £80. Still waiting for our refund for the services that we didn't receive.

Simply amazing! The servers are super fast, cheap and the support for the set-up process helped us a lot. Their servers currently host our Discord bots, website and our staff panel and the setup was quick and easy thanks to the assistance you get from the team. Highly recommend to use their services!

Literally an amazing host to host pretty much anything, we currently run our radio stream and 2 other servers with them and theres pretty much 0 downtime, recommend them over any host

Since transferring over to Xonos from Sparked Host my site is incredibly faster. A feature I like the is the free R3 SSL Certificates issued, making my site look for more professional and trustworthy compared to your standard SSL certificate issued. The Xonos team are also really friendly and genuinely have a passion for Web Hosting and helping clients. The prices are also really cheap with some quality hardware compared to some other past providers I've been with.

Excellent host! they have cheap and competitive prices, and they have definitely improved massively overtime as they have very good uptimes. 100% recommend this growing company.

It is a complete fraud. You pay for the first VPS. it works for a few days and then the site completely goes down. Site, client portal and VPS goes down.
I do not recommend it at all.

There is great support but the servers go down at ridiculous times. Servers take a while to process when paying unlike other providers. Would not recommend as a persistent server.

Alot of downtime recently.
Apperently the downtime was caused by the hosting providers.
This is ofcourse completely out of xonos's hands.
But if your provider keeps your server down for 3 weeks then you should cancel your servers right then and there to go to a different provider.
Ofcourse this isnt easy to do I understand that but a hosting provider shouldnt keep your server down for more then 24 hours.
Apart from that in those 3 weeks the communication was still really small which isn't ok.
Reason for a 3 start instead of higher:
Although it isnt their fault they should've gone away from their current providers a long time ago and their communication could've also been better during this time.

Great at first but many issues
So when it works it’s amazing and server moderators always respond within a couple hours but the issue for me is that it’s not working.
1. Support
The server moderators are fast to respond they have no perms they are simply trusted members of the community and therefore can’t help with pretty much any issue unless it’s your own fault, management the ones who can help are terrible at responding I had a ticket that was 3 weeks old before management got round to it and still haven’t fixed the issue, this isn’t a isolated case neither
2. Downtime
So my minecraft servers died in late January due to a hardware failure on the node it took until mid feburay for management to post a announcement about this issue and fixed it by moving to a new node in late February this was however with a total loss of all data on the server, a week later the new node dies again due to a networking issue and the server is still down now with no eta as to when it comes back up again.
Now for the vps I brought it in late January and it went down on I think the last day of January (it was up for a week) and has been down ever since, it took xonos management team 3 weeks to respond to the ticket and this response was basically ‘sorry it’s been so long we will look into this now’ there was a offer to move to their value vps system but this was unsuitable for my usecase, as of rn the vps is still down
Summary all 3 services I have brought from xonos have been down since late January (with only 1 week of uptime for the minecraft servers but all data was lost)
I would like to add that I’ve held off on writing this review cause at the beginning it was such a good service but until these issues are fixed I can’t recommend them

Xonos has very cheap prices, but the servers I have ordered are excellent. Although I haven't had any problems myself, I have heard that there were some issues with some servers, but that it was due to their provider. Overall, this is a great hosting company, and I look forward to buying the upcoming application hosting.

Customer service banned me for "chargebacking" after I opened a PayPal dispute for requesting a refund following me cancelling the service because my server has been down for 14 days. And, responding to this "report", I had already requested a refund before opening this PayPal dispute.
