I had an agreement with this agency to rent an apartment. They requested my sensitive personal data, including proof of address and ID, which I provided in good faith. The moment they received my personal documents, they completely stopped responding and ghosted me. They are extremely unprofessional and a massive waste of time. It is highly alarming that an agency collects confidential personal information and then cuts off all communication. It leaves you wondering what they are actually doing with your data. Avoid them at all costs if you value your time and information privacy.

I have been with XO realty since the initiation and till date have no complaints. It runs like a well oiled machine, never have to follow up for rent, they find tenants and no time is wasted in between the tenancy. This gets you regular income. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and I have known Peter for years. Always prompt to deal with our query and quick with resolving any issues if there is one. It runs so well that the only time I feel the need to communicate is in the beginning and ending of tenancy contract. In between I don’t worry or feel the need to communicate. In short if you need a stress free agent who looks after your interest XO is a safe bet.

I rang the landline number twice to arrange a viewing. Nobody answered the phone and then I got a rude text message from a mobile number asking why I "keep calling"? Maybe answer your phones and you'd find out. Imagine how bad he'd be if you rang up with an issue, no thanks. Very unprofessional, don't bother.
