Absolutely awful event. Not the event advertised or promised. A huge disappointment, people were leaving the event early.

How many sites reply with a personalized, human email within 15 minutes of an inquiry? Late on a Friday night, no less! Not many, but this one does. EXCELLENT customer service.

Site/app was easy to use & the transaction was smooth as well. I got my tickets within an hour. Highly recommend this to anyone nervous about using it.

Trying to get the money they promise you is a major headache. They want to use crypto unless you're willing to provide the username and password to your bank account. They make the process very complicated and their support is not very helpful. They send you a video of how to do it but what happens when you actually try is nothing like the video. Don't waste your time with this business and their lowball offers and terrible customer service.

​I had a concert in Canada on August 22 that I couldn't make anymore. I tried listing my tickets on the other major resale sites first, but they just wouldn't sell. After doing some research to make sure they were legit, I decided to give XP Tickets a shot using their XP Sell feature.

I got an initial instant offer. It was lower than what I paid, but still better than what I would've got on the other resale site. I waited a couple of hours and got a second offer that was super close to what I originally paid, so I accepted it.

Their customer support actually called me to verify my name, email, and event details after I transferred the tickets.

Today (August 24), I claimed my funds, withdrew it, and the money hit my account in literally a minute.

One quick tip: The offers are in USD. Since I bought my tickets in CAD, I had to convert the USD to CAD to realize the offer was actually really good, so keep that in mind!

Quick payout super responsive customer service team

Super easy and seamless. Listed the tickets I could no longer use, an offer came in, I accepted and was paid out as promised 48 hours after the start of the event. Did need to contact customer service with a question and they were super responsive and helpful. I will certainly buy and sell on here in the future.

9 times out if 10, i find tickets here cheaper than other places. i looked on ticketmaster and it was almost $100 over for 1 ticket for a show, so i bought them here. used this app 3 times now, its really good! they are just starting up so it seems iffy at first, but their customer service is really helpful as well. i recommend!

I've sold tickets through XP Tickets twice now, and I've been impressed both times. The selling process is straightforward, and I received a great offer for my tickets, which I accepted without hesitation.

I understand that payments are now made after the event, which seems to be in line with other ticket resale platforms, so I wasn't surprised by that change.

What really stands out to me is their customer service. Every time I've contacted them by email, I've received a fast, friendly, and helpful response. It's refreshing to deal with a company that communicates so well and makes the process feel easy.

Based on my experiences so far, I would definitely use XP Tickets again and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their tickets.

I passed on the offer. But they pretty much bank on you being desperate enough to let them go so they can get a hefty little mark up.

Price and ease

I have been using XP before they won the lawsuit against Ticketmaster, Stubhub, Seat Geak, etc. by hiding fees for customers. XP has always and continues to be the most transparent ticket site in the market. Plus the ease of selling tickets directly to XP is an added value that is not really advertised by them, but the process is seamless.

I had a very frustrating experience using XPSell. I followed their instructions and listed my tickets, expecting to receive offers as they promote on their platform and social media.
Instead, I kept getting inconsistent and contradictory responses. When I listed one set of tickets, I was told it was “too soon.” Now, after uploading my BTS ticket, I’m being told it may be “too far.” There is no clear guidance, and it feels like no matter what I do, there is always a different reason why my tickets won’t receive offers.
This lack of transparency and consistency makes the platform unreliable and confusing to use. I expected a straightforward process, but instead I’ve had to deal with unclear rules and no results.
Very disappointed with the experience. I would not recommend this service unless they improve their communication and provide clear, consistent guidelines.
