Xpatations was incredibly helpful for us to find a beautiful townhouse in the historic center of Haarlem. There is NO WAY we would have even been considered for this rental as the Netherlands is one of the most brutal real estate markets in the world. Rupert helped us with negotiations, signing the contract, he took videos of the townhouse, and then he arranged fur us to get utilities.

We could not have done any of this with out him. I highly recommend you hire him. We would have been lost without him. He is also really fun to hang out with, we can't wait to take him and his wife to dinner when we move there in early April.

Rupert is a motivated, responsive, knowledgeable agent. We used his services to find a rental property when we first moved to the Netherlands, and he made the search efficient and easy as possible.
