Great for a month, then the wheels fell off.
When initial setup their support was slow, but excellent. The price was right and I was delighted.
I suspect that Xsinor cpanel is a pirated asian copy as there was a period where cpanel errors abounded causing lock-out, and other customer reviews reported they had brought pirated copies from Xsinor.
There were several outages and towards the end of month I brought this to attention of support staff who argued that all was OK, even though my sites uptime robot was monitoring both my sites, their main one and I was maintaining my sites they all went down in unison, several times.
Xsinors top plan (unlimited everything), I had an Owncloud server and backup files. The Owncloud is for my own personal use similar to dropbox.
The backup files were backups of previous timeframes and about 20Gb in total.
Without any notice they deleted everything in backups and Owncloud.
This was important stuff to me. Now backups are irretrievable. I would not have minded if they had given me notice and opportunity to sort it first.
Ive closed my account.
Xsinor refunded the months payment.
Other customers have reported similar issues to mine.
Sadly, they dont seem to understand its important to give the customer a chance.
