I placed an order for 2 items and only one arrived. I tried to phone and email without so much as a reply.
I had to get the secretary of my bowling club to contact you by email before the matter was sorted.

Hector, I am sorry but this is not quiet fully transparent and accurate, which we are sure was not intended. You emailed and your ALO emailed within 4 mins of your email, we replied to the later email to which you were copied into it. Your ALO email was received at 10:46 and your email was at 10:42. The email was responded to at 18:16 the same day. In addition the confirmation email advised that the order was partially fulfilled and the second item was on order. This was also displayed at the ordering of your polo. Unfortunately we would upload the images of the emails, but we are unable to do so on this platform. Your second item is on way to us and as soon as this arrives it will be dispatched within the advertised time. Warm Regards.

Disappointing
The bowling shirt took a long time coming, however it was the full six weeks as mentioned on the site. It had to be returned as the collar was extremely large and put the shirt out of shape.

I was apprehensive about my purchase
I was apprehensive about my purchase, the offset from centre badge, the elastic, the floppy peak, and the possibility of a faded colour, Im such a perfectionist.
Nevertheless, I was delighted, everything was perfect, badge bright fully central to the cap and the rigid peak, with a defining purple shade that didn't disappoint, oh and the head strap clip, very professional and fits perfectly with room to grow into 😀 Not such a big head as I thought!

The product was promptly despatched but it took about 4 days rather than the two days you paid for due to royal mail delivery service.

I was please with the speed of delivery…
I was please with the speed of delivery after ordering I was disappointed as the gents jacket had a fault. This is being returned. The pocket is either sewn on back to front or is just not the correct size. Will be posting it back at my expense today.

Hi Will, Thanks for the review, your product was ordered on 19th January, it was dispatched the next working day on a 1 - 2 business days delivery and was left at your property on the Saturday 24th. We did dispatch the following working day and did dispatch via royal mail 1 - 2 business days service. We didnt receive an email or contact from you that came to us.
